I ordered a Health Master blender 16 days ago. It was charged to my credit card 16 days ago. I paid for "expedited shipping" which, according to the information on www.montelwilliams.com, means it is to be delivered in 7-10 business days. I have spoken with four customer service representatives at 973-287-5170. Ivette, Quashe, Neil and Isabella. None of them would let me speak with a supervisor, claiming at all hours of the day, that all of the supervisors were "out to lunch". All I want is the refund of $9.99 for the shipping. Advanced wellness is a complete RIP OFF.. I did the trial offer then recieved 2 more packages at a charge of 78 dollars the first time and 83.92$ the second time... They say when i called they cant refund my entire money because i did not recieve the entire shipment I am supposed to have one more package coming... While being insured with Golden Rule/United Health Care, I have had nothing but problems. I started my insurance coverage on Feb. 23, 2009, and my husband went to the doctors March 9, 2009 and they would not cover it. Then I went to the emergency room on May 31st, 2009 and my copay(which they call deductible) was $100. I was formally told by Golden Rule that was all I would have to pay $100 if I were to go to the emergency room. Well my final bill was $581.00 that Golden Rule would not pay. Rip off!!! Found this company through a Yahoo article talking about real companies that you can trust to make money at home, Assumed it was true since it was a Yahoo article and not a banner ad. Also looked up what must be fake reviews saying its a trusted company. You CAN'T get on to website!!! took credit card info before stating you have 6 days trial and then it starts charging you a big fee. Charges for sample product of $4.95 was authorized. But was billed $4.95 and $29.01. Two separate charges on credit card. Also did not get confirmation email of any transaction. I now believe that this is a ongoing program that will automatically bill me monthly. Product was advertised as an introductory offer for like $4.95 after I recieved the product I discovered via this website of charges to come of $30 - $40. I issued a stop payment on the Credit Card I used and tried multple times to contact the company by the toll free number on the bottle. I placed an order on line for Thermthin Plus with acai berry and have never received it. I have tried to contact them at the numbers given 1-866-245-3991 and 1-310-359-1213 and either get no answer or they answer and immeditely disconnect me when I say why I am calling. I have been told that I could keep the trial bottle or return and be charged nothing more but I haven't even received it and would like to cancel it as they have said they will charge me for future shipments. Check online. There are complaints on RipOff Report and with the BBB about Jeffrey Maehr and Pure Health Systems all over the place. They are for people's credit cards being charged and never receiving anything or for bad stuff they had to throw away when they did get something. read full review »

I ordered 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide. The price was extremely high but he claims his is the best. It never came. When I called him he told me that food grade hydrogen peroxide was bad for me. He wanted me to spend over $200! on herbs and homeopathic stuff at $30 an ounce!!! He was talking like a super high pressure salesman. I told him no. He then did send the hydrogen peroxide but it smelled all wrong. I know what 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide smells like so I threw it away. It was a total ripoff. I should have checked first. I have been shopping with Krogers for years. I have been going their every Tuesday especially for Senior Day, their a cashier named Julia, she said she was originally from Ohio & let me tell all of you, she would check us out withing seemed like a min. I had wanted to do the trial fro the Acai Berry Detox. Have been trying it and not finding it really all that helpful. I was checking my bank statement online and all of a sudden there was a charge of $87.13 on my statement for this. I had not ordered this or knew that this would be an automatic transaction. Ordered trial products but cancelled online and over the phone after 2 weeks. For over 5 months I have called and emailed to cancel these two products but to no avail, I even have the confirmation numbers to prove that I cancelled but the customer service reps always say the same thing "I'm sorry m'am, there is no record of your cancelling the product". I received an unsolicited Rx from RightSource today July 13, 2009. In May, RightSource sent me an email informing me that I could have existing prescriptions transferred to them going forward.
