I have worked for several HMOs, but it was not until I worked at a hospital and got MVP coverage that I found something to dislike about managed care. I fell for their host's speal about top gem color only to find out from my local GIA that they were only considered Good in color and what I paid for them was what I could have purchased them for anywhere!
