I have a mail carrier whom I am sure is either on drugs or just simply can't read. I receive phone calls and statements from my companies daily that they have not rec'd my payments. Purchased a pr. of diamond stud earrings which I later took to an independent appraiser for evaluation for insurance purposes. The appraiser informed me that the earrings were of such an inferior quality it would be a waste of my money to have them insured. The appraiser further stated that because of such poor quality diamonds, she would be unwilling to even do a written appraisal of them. All Pro Authentics shipped me damaged and poorly crafted merchandise and refuse to give me a refund and have not reached out to me to help resolve my dissatisfaction. They only communicate via email and will not provide a telephone number. As a result, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and during the process they have fraudulently altered email communications in their rebuttal to the credit card company. This is unacceptable and they should not be allowed to stay in business by behaving in an unethical manner. I was similiarly scammed as described below: I went to razorgator.com to purchase tickets to a yankee game. I was misled and was instead sold tickets to a resturant. Around 3/21/09 I purchased a robe and selected the Paypal option. BEFORE the shopjuici.com website transferred me to the PayPal website it hung for over 2 minutes (according to the clock on the computer). It did not transfer me to the Paypal website to complete the transaction. I never pressed any "confirm purchase" type button. Once was on the 8th of April for $79.96 and the second was on the 24th of April for $85.91.
