I went to Dr. Gouterman for a hair loss problem. 25 years earlier I had been diagnosed by another doctor with alopecia areata, a condition in which the hair comes out at the roots. It doesn't break off as with overuse of hair products and is generally not caused by them. First of all, a 14 day trial should begin once one is able to use the product. How are we to know if we like it if not allowed the full 2 weeks reommended. Secondly, my account was charged before my trial was over, the same with the Rezveratrol product. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and am sending back all of the product as I did not even try the Lift SP. For a company who touts preservation and health, the way situations are being handled is grossly suspect. Like so many others, I have been scammed by the promise of economic assistance. I was foolish enough to click "I accept", but after I cancelled I am still being billed, and worse yet, now I am getting scammed by other companies that are affiliated with this one. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. Early in August, quite by accident, while in the emergency room, I was fund to have a very small malignancy on my right kidney. I went to my PPO and had a MRI to confirm it. I was sent o a Urologist, who scheduled me to have my right kideney removed. I had septorhinoplasty on Nov 20 2008. My doctor ordered a perscription for me to be filled at Walgreens. When I went to pick it up they only had part of the amount ordered. They charged me my co-pay of $25 and when I went to pick up the rest the next day they charged me another $25. A friend of mine had this same thing happen at CVS. Why are we be charged twice for one order? It's not our fault they didn't have enough in stock. I've been charged twice in the past 4 months for 2 weight lose/management programs which I've never seen before and certainly didn't sign up for. These separate "companies" charges followed a free-trial program I ordered over the phone at which time I gave my credit card info (stupid me). Did Hydroxytone sell my information since I canceled and they therefore did not suck more money out of me? I purchased a package of laser hair removal treatments from American Laser Centers 2 years ago. The package was a little over $5, 000, included 6 treatments + a 2-year "guarantee" that said that if any hair comes back after that time I can continue treatments. I waited in a Abry's drive-thru 20mins, with only one car aheaded of me. I ordered a toasted italian sub. First of all, I paid over $4 for this and it wasn't toasted, there was more bread and grease then anything. It didn't have the right sauce, lettuce, and did you forget the peppers again? This used to be my favorite sandwich. It sad when the customer knows how to make the sandwich better then the employees. And to top all this off this sandwich has almost 900 calories.
