Absolute and utter lack of care for children and staff! I Currently work at a Portland Kindercare facility, there is no attention payed to staff about concerns or complaints regarding best care practices of children. This company is nothing but lies. I got a call from an rep. from Adova after I had inquired about Health Ins. The product sounded like what I wanted so I took a policy out and asked Miss Taylor (person I was talking to) when this policy would be in effect. Her replay was as soon as your payment comes off your credit card. That happened March 1, on March 7 I had a heartattack guess what when the hospital and doctors and air evac turned in the bills, they were told that I was not covered until April 1. Don't use these guys. Customer service is non-existent. I tried calling their 800 number over the weekend, and the person who answered sounded like they were answering their home phone and were upset by my call. They asked me to call back during the week. I ordered Accuberry for $3.95 (just shipping fees). I get my statement from the bank and there is a $29-95 charge for a Fit Club. I called and cancel that and then there was a $89.95 charge from Accuberry for the pills. I called to cancel and send them back and I was told they can't give refunds they woould get fired.
