AARP refused to pay for my prescription for Sular. I read the 2009 Formulary book sent to me in late December of 2008 for the year 2009. Sular was listed as a Tier 2 drug. This will be my third pair of ECCO Men's Track II High boots. I will start out by saying that they are very comfortable and the uppers are bullet proof. The weak link is the sole. It is an injected/molded design which cannot be replaced (with same design). The outer material wears quickly, exposing the black injected foam. I too thought I was ordering a "free" sample of a teeth whitening. I then discovered an $88.97 charge out of my checking account. This is not fair. This is not a complaint, but a Suggestion. If you have ordered any of these products on a "free trial" offer, Cancel your debit/credit card IMMEDIATELY! This is the only way I have found to stop the charges. Calling and e-mailing the company to cancel order and stop the charges simply does not work (not even with a confirmation number). I purchased two sets of eyeglasses at the above business. Unbeknownst to me, they opened up a Lenscrafters Account and charged part of my purchase to the account. Subsequently, they turned the bill over to GE Collections service, which was sending invoices to the wrong name and address. In addition, when my Social Security number is entered by GE, another person's name is shown. The Order blank already has checkmarks on items that cost $10, and $30.00 dollars plus shipping, so when you hit send all the sudden you are responsible for other products. Then you can't return to the screen to delete order. I have ordered many things on line before and never was this the case. I'm concerned because now I too cannot get anyone on the phone to cancel or send back.
