Acaiberry/ Colon Cleanser
I am being charged on my card for products that I have yet to receive and for a first product ordered that didn't even come in time for me to take it for the trial period. In looking at the product page, there are nothing but complaints about these products and even my credit card company knew of these, and told me I had to get a cancellation # before they could take it off my card. If you call, the wait is over an hour, and you can not reach them by email. Please help me to get this problem solved ASAP and I will report them to the BBB.

My wife ordered a "trial", sampler quantity of the product, with only the obligation to pay shipping and handling for $4.95, nothing more. A few weeks after that, without any order or authorization from her, our credit card was charged for an order in the amount of $88.55 which, incidentally, still has not been received, and we don't want it. I was also scamed by this company, did not receive the product, and can not get in touch with anyone, as I saw in the other complaints that they would charge my credit card, I called and changed the number on my credit card so they could not charge on it again. On the website, it clearly states FREE TRIAL for $5.95. That should be all you get, with no further action. I was charged 78.84 2 weeks later. ALWAYS READ TERMS/CONDITIONS. I called to speak to a manager, and was given the run around. There was no manager to speak with, no higher power. I can assure you that i DID NOT authorise these payments.

I was told that I would do my training in a store 35 miles away from my home, and then I would be transferred to Stroudsburg, a new store. The new store in Stroudsburg never opened. My mom bought my son a Christmas outfit from the store Dragon Lillies. The clothes in this store are expensive. They are designer labels for kids but my mom likes to buy something special for my son for christmas. My sister also bought a dress for my daughter for the same occasion. My sister was a loyal customer who had purchased most of her maternity clothes there. I'm really upset that the management of Von's Supermarket at Pass Ave in Burbank has sanctioned their old manager. Their old manager listened to my requests to stock the popular Java Monster drink, and in very short time, he had it on the shelves.
Unfortunately, the new Von's manager Jessie told me it was an "Unauthorized product", and no longer carries it.

I received a call today in morning from by bank. They said there was a purchase made with my card today for the amount of $36.79. The only information my bank gave me had DRIREG.NET had charged me $36.79. I googles drireg.net and found nothing under that doamin. On dec. 20 2008 I/we ordered a leather jacket from Mill Valley Sheepskin and Leather Co.

This company offers a free trial offer for $5.95. After reading about all the complaints I learned that you must cancel the order or an $88.62 plus S/H will be charged to your cerdit card.
