I have had lengthy emails back and forth with this company and unapproved charges as everyone else has it seems. I will let everyone know that you need to stick with the complaining to them and it will get you somewhere. I order a trial size for $4.00 and they charged my charge account over $104 dollars. I never received the trail and when the product came there wasn't any paper work with it. No invoice. I disputed the charges with my credit card, so Ultra Tea froze my account and will not refund my $104 for a product that was returned to them. They say there is no record of the return. When I called Spa Chakra they quoted me their old prices, which was $70 for a partial highlights, $65 for a haircut. When I got the bill it ended up being $110 for partial highlights and $100 for a haircut. The work was so poorly done but I did not want to cause a scene at the spa. Some of my highlights were black. Bought these Itasca boots, last season for hunting- Great boots, but they dont seem to hold up- I only used them for hunting-after season I put them up till this year! Sale assoc. charged me for an item that was free, I realized that after I got home. Called the store (I live 1/2 hour away) she insisted that she could not credit my card over the phone and I would have to drive back there. On November 16th I ordered 6 fried turkeys for a staff luncheon for the administrators of my high school. I asked if I could pick up the birds by 10 am on the 23rd so we could have them sliced by the 11 am dining time. Both the employees and myself thought the meat would come ready to carve and eat. Driver Solutions, PAM and Decker Transp0rt has false advertisements in their brochures. It is a gimmick to get people to go to enroll in their programs. The brochure states that a driver can expect to run an average of 2500 miles per week. Some weeks may vary a little more or less. Since I have been driving I have experienced a lot less miles.
