This was nothing more than a rip-off. They took money out of my account with out authorization and I want it back. You can not cancel because they think that you can stay on hold for hours. This webiste is nothing but a SCAM. After reading about this website in several magazines (including Life & Style), I purchased a $80 purse through their website. They promptly charged my credit and gave me a confirmation number as provided by Yahoo! Small Business. However, that was the last time I heard from them. I order these item on 11/12/08 and did not receive them until 12/6/08. I have tried to contact this company in reference to this charge when I found out it had caused my account to be overdrawn due to additional charges. The phone line stays busy. Since then I have found out that this company is a scam. I am exhausting all means - even contacting the Attorney Journal for my reimbursement. Central Coast Nutraceuticals only allows you 30 days to return the items and you have to have a return authorization code from them and they charge a 15% restocking fee. None of this was disclosed. Actually, this is not a complaint.I received my Rolex Blue Submariner two tone watch yesterday Dec 5th. (ordered Nov 14th). It did take longer than expected & after reading all the other postings I thought I wouldn't receive anything or what I ordered. The watch is actually quite nice. Went for a cleaning, for the second time at that place, and the assistant took an x-ray, I thought that's part of the procedure, the previous time I had it done same thing had happened so I didn't even ask why they're taking the x-ray. I can't complain about the product or service or speed of it. That all was simply great. My concern is with the amount i am being charged for shipping. Last weekend, in error, i ordered #4s of a particular item. When i received it thru USPS i realized it was too small and i needed 5s. I returned the box with 4s and paid only $17 and cents for shipping at my nearest post office.
