I ordered 3 hats back in March, and after 2 weeks of not receiving a tracking number or confirmation I emailed them. They claimed they were busy and tracking numbers would be given shortly. A month later, I finally receive the hats, but 2 out of 3 of them are not the correct hat that I ordered. I emailed them again and told them the problem, and they said they would exchange them for the right hats. After paying shipping to send them back, they never returned the proper hats, and have not returned an email. I took my wife out last night to Apple Bee's and it was the worst service I have had in a long time.The waitress took forever to bring drinks and when she did there was particles floating in it.When she brought out the appetizers the celery was dirty.The waitress said it was probably when they pulled it out the ground and did not wash it good.We ordered bread and it was hard and the guy that brought it out said it is probably not fresh when it look like that.
