I ordered procative skincare trial for my son. I then received a box of vita clear. First I thought it was the free gift.(because there was no invoice or bill. The following month received another order of proactive skin care and another box of vita clear. I am new to the Rochester area and have had a membership at Fitness 19 for about 6 weeks. I am taking classes at the local university and found out my tution covers the university's recreation center. I went into Fitness 19 and spoke with Erhan Guler. He was ready to allow me to cancel my membership until he found out I had paid in full. He refused to refund any portion of the money I had paid although the contract I had signed made no mention of rules for those paying in full. If you're offered a job at the corporate office of Advocate Healthcare, run as far and as fast as you can in the other direction! I worked there for 6 months and I have never encountered such catty behavior, backstabbing and gossipy people in my life. My boss (a director level) spent most of her time on Match.com. She lied about the job duties and I was stuck in a filthy cubicle with an intern and I had to work with manipulative, passive aggressive nurse managers. UGH! In Lynnwood office near Seattle, Wa. the technician is unable to program my MiracleEars They continually beep unless I turn it down so low that I can`t hear. I bough my pair of Miracle ears in Yuma, Az. the technician there was able to make them very comfortable for me. We are snowbirds and when I am in Washington, I am unable to have any problems solved. I've been going to Village Cleaners, near the Clock Tower in Herndon, VA, for years and I have never had a problem. They were never very friendly, but they got the job done and I was happy. This changed once they completely ruined my wife's dress. When I brought the ruined dress to their attention they said it wasn't their fault even though they managed to rip the dress and burn it. First they said it was my fault, then they blamed the dress designer, and finally they said that they are not responsible for destroyed articles of clothing. Kim is a scam artist! She tells you her story and then when you choose her company to deal with and you pay your money, you won't get your product. She had sent my product in the summer of '07 and it was NOTHING like my specifications. So I in turn sent it back so she could redo it. Then after waiting 6 months!!! I ordered a free sample of their product. They billed me for shipping, that OK. Last week a plain white bag with more of their pills arrived. There was no invoice in the package, but there was an address on the package. I did not order this new order. My back card was charged $79.76. I have never had such bad service in my life. I tried out Fashion Cleaners as a new place to get my clothes tailored/repaired becuase it was closer to my house. I got two pair pants hemmed and a zipper replace. I picked the clothes up a week later to find out that the job was unfinished. The zipper was not replaced.
