They have been stalling for nearly a year on paying a small claim with no explanation and many promises that the claim will be paid. They haven't denied it...it's simply gone into the system and no one can tell us why we haven't received a check. We've spent hours on the phone trying to get some action. The incompetent manager halted production of sandwiches for customers who showed up at the store for 30 minutes while they completed Fax Orders. I think it's ridiculous to put Fax orders ahead of customers who actually take the time to walk in to your store. The manager said something about "sorry, it was a large order." These people mishandled my dental care and are now billing me for work that they told me was covered by my insurance. Their staff was unprofessional and incompetent and now they sent me to collections for $300 that I was told was covered under my insurance. They told me it was approved but didn't actually get it approved and billed me over six months later for it and in the process of my complaint they said they would take care of it (or at least investigate it) but instead ignored my calls and sent me to collections instead. I bought 4 pastries for a dinner party on Saturday around 5pm. They were 2 carrot cakes, 1 cherry cheesecake and 1 puff pastry. The total came to $11.83 which I paid via credit card. When we went to eat dessert, the pastries were all stale and not appetizing. I filled out a complaint request on the website asking for my money back and I haven't heard anything back from Pastryland. I purchased a spa package from them in Marck 2008. Package was good for a body care visit, hair care visit, skin care visit & nail care visit. I have a problem with fraud. On January 28, 2007, this company took $216.80 from my PayPal account. Although the email uses the NetStoreUSA name, they cash they checks with the DirectDiscountUS name. I have had a nightmare of lies on shipment days and failed promises. Prescription Solutions billed for a prescription that never shipped. The store itself is not bad, but the pharmacy, they open and they are at a 1 hour wait but it only seems that way if the pharmacist Angie is working . I was disabled in 1999 from the results of a car accident. I am paying for Aetna insurance through my company disability plans and I also receive Medicare A, because it is free.
