Contact lenses. The rebate offer by Johnson & Johnson is deceptive advertising.They require personal health info plus age of parent. You must buy a years supply then remove the box tops which makes the lenses non exchangeable if the child vision changes. I will not submit a rebate under these conditions. Did not order this. Was mailed to my home without even having my name. It was mailed using the name Chase Visa. They charged my credit card without authorization for $81.00. When you call you cannot talk to anyone. I tried e-mailing them to get a return number needed to return the merchandize, threatening to contact the FBI, they did not even answer my e-mail. I ordered a handbag from this company online...the quality was terrible plus it had a strong smell. It was a leather bag but this was not the usual way leather smells. I wanted to return it, they said I had to contact them online for authorization to return. They asked me 20 questions, took a long time to respond but finally gave me the authorization. I have been trying all day to call the number included on my order to cancel the auto ship for the Chaz Dean/Wen haircare system. The message I get is "Due to extremely high call volume we're unable to process your call at this time. Your call is important to us. Please try your call at another time." My check cleared my bank 2/25/08 to Dream Products for 19.94 for two swim suits. I called and was told they were shipped March 5th and to wait four weeks for delivery. I called again and was told to wait another week. It has been 10 weeks since my check cleared. I am put on hold each time I call. I remembered getting a telemarketing call and agreeing to have some stuff sent to me: Liberty Fun Pass, US Patriot Card, and this PRM or PME Health Options Stuff. Was charged 19.95 twice, and then $49.99 for the Health Options. Couldn't get a hold of them until I found a number next to the charge amount on my bank statement online: 866-397-3065. Call them and you'll get right through to a live person. I was able to cancel the memberships and given a confirmation number. I opted for a Term Life Insurance Policy from AIG through SelectQuote. One the appointment was made for a exam, I never heard from the SelectQuote Agent-Shaun Croper- again. After a month and a half I filed a complaint with SelectQuote customer service and found out that the exam subcontracted company lost part of my medical and personal information in an automobile accident. Paid for cleaning using debit card, 04-30-2008. Cleaning total was $34.90. Cleaners charged $334.90, and will not refund money. My bank is now involved and the BBB. In addition, the manager and owner is treating me with the greatest amount of disrespect ever. Their argument is that if they refund my money, I can in turn go to my bank and cancel the transaction. I bought a pair of expensive Uggs for my 11 year old daughter in Nov of 2007, and barely 3 months later the seam around the toe area ripped. The other boot is perfectly fine. She is not a toe scraper, and considering the other one is in perfect condition, I can only assume there was a defect in the other boot. If it were a cheap pair of boots, I would expect that. I ordered apair of Ugg Boots from uggshoez.com. They appeared to be legit and were responsive to e-mails I sent with questions prior to ordering. When the boots arrived they felt small but everyone said Uggs stretch a lot, so I figured they had to be worn awhile. They hurt so bad I eventually ended up ordering a new pair from Zappos. After 2 surgeries one breast is hard, dented, has a huge bump on the top, and pops out over tops. The other is loose, bottoming out, lower, and has ripples all around because it was over-dissected. One breast protrudes so much that you can tell - even when I wear a sweatshirt - that it has more projection (about a half inch - obvious across the room!). I think the "Crybaby" t-shirts that the Washington Wizard fans wore on Friday May 2nd, 2008 was a terrible form of advertisement. Not only does it show that Papa John's has no class, it also shows what a terrible judge of talent your marketing department has as the Wizards lost for the 3rd year in a row to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
