I stupidly ordered the Wu-Yi Tea "trial, " then immediately canceled it. While Wu-Yi did refund the amount of $4.95 I paid for the trial, then earlier this week, I noticed that a charge of $19.95 came through my bank account for IW/LIVING LEAN. I called the number Thursday (866-396-5711) and asked for a refund and cancellation of the program. I was given a confirmation number and told that my refund will go through in 3-5 business days, but I am not sure that they will refund my money. We went to the New Balance store to get laces for the 810s we bought as well as the 753s we bought. We made a special trip to the store just for that purpose. When at the store we first asked the sales person for laces. We explained that the shoes were less than two months old and that we want to keep them in service since they are in serviceable condition and lack only a lace. I was pouring my last few glasses of sweetened tea (the gallon) and inside of it a 4 inch slimy, slug-like substance fell out of the container. I have been reading tons of complaints about this company. A common pitfall among complainants is that they are being charged for extra services or recurring memberships that they had no knowledge of and did not request. It appears almost certain that many consumers are not taking the time to READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. My son was a victim of a gun shot in his left upper arm and his right middle finger. He was rushed to South Suburban Hospital by paramedics. My complaint is when the nurse named Mona came into the emergency room to take care of him, she was about to give my son a shot, spilled all the medicine from the needle all over his arm and did not have on any gloves.
