From Feb o7- current, I have been on disability through my insurance company/ employer. With this doctor certifying me as being disabled. Information was sent April 16th to the insurance company for benefits to be paid up to that time. Since then I have seen doctor Rizvi on may 7th and May 21st. With another scheduled appointment for June 23rd. Due to the doctor being out of the office for the month. This company claim, was looking for wholesale distributors to sale supplement in retail chains, and would offer locater to stock items, and make large profit. My husband sent them his retirement of 20, 000 was sent the vitamins, but never received any information about store locater's. I've been suffering from constant pain for the last 4 years. It started right after the dentist did a preparation for a 3-unit bridge to replace a missing tooth. For two years the dentist was unable to find the cause of the pain and was suggesting various dental procedures including bridge replacement, nerve canal treatment, etc. But none of them helped. I pulled all of my teeth on that side and spent a lot of money. Pkg. purchased in Chandler, AZ. while on vacation. Transferring to Calif. was nightmare. Have to travel to 2 locations, far apart, for treatments because not all treatments are available at all locations. Past member that will tell you that you can find much better gyms than this. They look good; however, the management at this place has a lot to be desired. Tried to get issues rectified with my membership and they just refused to listen or respond. Tried to get them to resolve by contacting the Better Business Bureau and they just said so what! Then, surprisingly, my bank account was being debited by two companies - Wu Yi Tea and Living Lean - and I didn't even know who Living Lean was! My bank explained I had to call Living Lean so I did. They did refund but only one month, not all the months they had been taking money away from me.
