I purchased a Serta Perfect sleeper the mattress after two months it is sagging on both sides. I wake up every morning with all my muscles screaming in pain from trying not to roll out of bed every night. My husband fell off the edge of the bed the other night. I have called American Mattress in Avon In and their toll free number to no avail. I have called Serta all I get is a recording. I have emailed Serta no response. I went into International Bakery on Thursday 1/24/2007 and ordered a half-sheet Sponge Bob Square pants cake for my 6 yr old daughter. I need the cake for Saturday 1/27/2007. The company says you can try a trial for 4.95. In small print there is a terms and conditions outside the order form. Inside there after you hit click you see this small print and read its going to cost you additional 149.00. This is not a free sample as it states on their web page. I have been going round and round with Campbells Soup company about the difficulty opening their soup cans (easier pull tops , right) especially the bigger, chunky soup cans. Big Bazaar is not mature enough to run the logistics of home delivery of goods. Buying products you can carry yourself is probably fine. I bought a chest of drawers, which they did not deliver on time. When I went to investigate I found that they are "too big" to be able to deliver on time. I have never met such an incompetent bunch of people as Comcast Cable TV. I am forever having to call them to fix their poor service in my North Dallas area. Each time I call it take at least an hour, sometimes two or three before they answer the phone. Try and order a new service and they pick the call immediately! This company is an online fitness equipment store. They offer what seems to be this great money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with an in home 30 day equipment trial, etc. I ordered a treadmill, was talked into a shipping upgrade that I didn't need and then the treadmill was a piece of crap, noisy, squeaky, and when I moved it found plastic shavings and rubber dust apparently from parts rubbing or grinding on each other. The Shoe Works or Run Soft of Vermont that supplies NEO'S overshoes failed to ever provide my product. They billed my credit card and supposedly shipped my product. They did not provide which company would be sending the product or a tracking number. Weeks after my credit dcard has been billed I still have not received the product. I am writing about the fact that Timex is using hexavalent chromium or chromium 6 in the tanning process of there leather watch bands by a company out of Hong Kong. Hexavalent Chromium is deadly and I have been stricking by Chromium poisoning after purchasing this watch. Last year I placed an order with 24/7 Hockey for just over $700 of hockey equipment from their webpage. They filled the order and sent it out in to packages. One of the packages arrived and the other did not, so I contacted them concerning this.
