There is a commercial about Dove, that shows a woman floating around with just a ribbon. A very small ribbon. Showing that all she has on is that ribbon and one false move and she would be naked. We saw Charlie Leather at a trade show, and ordered some merchandise for our store - several different types of leather wrist-bands. After a long, long delay our order finally arrived. This company is absolutely unfair in their lack of exchange policies. I recently purchased a 254.00 wig due to chemotherapy need. The color is completely unacceptable and no one in their right mind would wear it. I only want to EXCHANGE for a more suitable color and perhaps even more expensive wig. It is my job to try new products for a group. I received a piece of facial exercise equipment. There is a place to call so you can get a replacement piece. After two years of awaiting a response on how to get the replacement. I gave up. Repeated email, phone and by mail itself has had no response. I purchased a can of Steak and Potato's Campbells Chunky Soup. When I heated this soup it had a odd smell that filled the whole room. I then preceded to take a small bite of the heated soup with my nose over the bowl it smelled like vomit and I had a vomit aftertaste from the little bit that I tasted. I swear someone had to vomit in this soup and I just think that is totally disgusting. I then poured the soup in the trash. It made me wonder how can we trust our manufacturer's. This store is bad news. my son ordered a jacket 12-28-06 and to this date 01-30-07 (30 days) still hasn't received his order. I finally assisted him in calling every half hour still getting and answering machine which couldn't understand the person's message. Finally after 4 hours of calling i was able to talk to someone. After fully stating the disappointment in the company i did get a tracking number. Will have to wait to when it comes. Hoping we don't have to deal with them to send anything back. The other day I was at the checkout counter at Walgreens. There were at least three employees standing around. Only one that was busy, which was the lady ringing up my items that I was purchasing. I am thoroughly disgusted as I just opened a brand new package of Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch cereal only to find there were live, little bugs not only in the box, but in the cereal bag as well. An unopened bag of cereal should NOT have ANYTHING but the cereal in it. This USED to be my favorite cereal, but not if this continues. It makes you wonder what's going on at the factory. I have been off work since July 1, 2006 at which time I filed a disability claim with MetLife I have always paid extra for short and long term disability insurance through my company ACS. I was recently informed that the Renewal Interest Rate on my fixed annuity will be 3.75% for 2006. I began this annuity last year (2005), aware that we were and remain in a period of rising interest rates. The introductory rate was 4.75%, a very good rate, although not excessive. I went to visit the doctor because I had a a problem with my lower back. I was in pain and my left side was swollen. The nurse asked me if I had any other concerns. I requested a free sample of Actipril (on-line I think). Three days after I received the sample, I received a full size supply of the product. Since then, I have received full size supplies each month for three months more. There is no information on the product on paperwork on how to cancel the mailing of product or the draw on my account.
