Allheart.com has refused to refund me for a stethoscope they incorrectly monogrammed. I return shipped it back, following their return procedures. Their employee signed receipt, but customer service still stated they didn't receive it back. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and now they are claiming they have refunded me. They have NOT. I received a letter with brochures stating I can get the following merchandise cheap with the 400.00 vouchers. I ordered the Xavier ladies watch for 59.95 and the Omini mini video camera for 149.95. These are crap, they don't work and I search on the internet where others had the same problem. At the beginning of December 2007, I purchased FOUR boxes of LED lights made by Everstar Merchandise from Sam's Club. I not only intended using them for the holidays but also year round. I have been storing my boat at this facility for over 6 months. The facility has been broken into three times, jet skis and tv's have been taken. This is a monopoly at its best. They charge a delivery and supply charge for delivering gas and electric services to customers. Get this, the delivery charge is 1/2 the amount of the supply! I rented a stretch limo as a surprise for my husband's 50th. We paid for a "meet and great" at the airport. They showed up over 1/2 hour late w/out any phone calls, I called them repeatedly. I worked for this company during last summer while taking a college class. I never received my W-2 form. When I inquired about it they wanted to charge me $10 dollars for a REPLACEMENT W2, I tried to explain that I did not loose the original and never received it but I am now having to send them the fees to get the W-2 in order to file my taxes within the timeframe. No other place that I have worked has made me pay for my W-2 if I never received the original, I even have had it faxed to me.
