I called the number provided to me in my account and talked to India, to where the young girl was very hesitant on cancelling my account due to some information that I will not be receiving in regards to my credit score. I used to see this caseworker awhile back, but I quit seeing him because he kept breaking confidentiality. Plus, he kept billing my insurance for dates that I wasn't even there. The check was declined, she was given a piece of paper with the phone number of certegy on it... she called and they advised here it was declined due to the elevated security.
