I have a SB account with SBI-Redfields Branch, Coimbatore. I used SBI atm card in Canara bank and Punjab National Bank ATM machines in National Games Village, Koramangala,Bangalore on 1st Feb,2008 around 7.00 PM to retrieve an amount of Rs.3,200/-. My Aqua guard water purifier is not functioning properly. I lodged a complaint with the customer care cell of Aquaguard Chennai Tamil Nadu, India. Complaint reference No is 56563 dated 17 Feb 08, however its been one week now no one has attended the complaint. Whenever we make an enquiry, we are told that the service engineer is on his way. I think for a reputed company like AQUA GUARD it is a very very poor show. Hi, I have send a gift pack worth Rs 1500/- via professional courier from pune. (S T Nagar). It was supposed to reach the destination (Noida) after 2 days. However it reached after 5 days and that too half. My packet seal was broken and they have packed it in their own way. From the packet one of the gift worth Rs 1000/- was missing.
