Bought an over the sink shelf and it came BROKEN, I did not ask them to replace it and they sent it anyways. Fed ex left it outside and I was not able to refuse delivery. Second item was a queen size feather comforter pad. They sent me a twin although I specifically put in the number that was indicated in the magazine for a queen. They would not pay to ship it back. Then I got a monroe comforter that was about the size of a full. No way would it fit my bed. I had to pay a total of a 100$ for nothing to clear this bill even though I complained. On Wednesday 14 Jan 09 I went to the RentaCenter located on Campbellton Rd here in Atlanta. They had a rental special where there was no payment due beyond the initial up front payment I made until Saturday 7 Feb 09. It took them 4 days to make the delivery. I contacted customer support, who told me that the items were shipped in separate packages from separate warehouses to my location and that there was no way both could get lost. When I rent the mailbox, I clearly told them the mailbox rental is for receive package, and not for mail. I am a publisher of advertisers of clients that pay commissions through Clickbank. Clickbank's pay out policy should be looked at very closely by Consumer Protection. Clickbank only will pay you commission monies after at least 5 different purchases have been paid for by 5 different consumers (i.e. credit card holders. I had trouble connecting my laptop to the internet. I located FixYa on the web and paid $19.95 for live chat with a so-called expert named 'jonniewalker'. He ran me through several basic steps that i could have done myself. It appeared that he had only very basic computer knowledge.
