At the time I was approached by one of the agents I was told that in exchange for my $800 fee I would be receiving 2 complimentary airplane vouchers that would not expire. The voucher claim ticket in the packet I received states that the voucher is only good for 18 months from the date of issue. Also, what the agent failed to tell me was that in using the voucher I would be required to purchase full rate hotel stays from a list of participating hotels for a minimum number of nights. I came across the grantmall website and it said if I paid $2.95 for shipping they would send me a information kit on where I could find different grant opportunities. I have been receiving St Mathews Letters for almost a year and I have not received anything from them. They ask for money that I work hard for and have little. Billy Mays is the most irritating product spokesman in television history. The is NO REASON for him to shout his entire message, as if I'm either stupid, or am on the other side of a freeway. WE had a 3-season room installed 4-5 years ago by Betterliving. While we were generally pleased with the construction, we have had a leaking roof almost from the first day. When we contacted them, they did come out to "fix the problem permenantly." the problem continues every year and now the local phone number no longer exists and the company number always respons with "this mailbox is filled and no longer can receive messages." consequently, we will be required to now pay to have this recurring problem fixed. read full review »

Their business practices are fraudulent and unlawful, they totally misrepresent their chandeliers, stating that they are 100% crystal and I was charged for items I didn't receive.
