In the past weeks several complaints have been filed with Tagged and posted here on this board. It seems to me that Tagged is either in the mist of unethical business practice, non compliance of online user safety or all in all plain out BS. Purchased a vacation package but was not informed that we needed a major credit card to check in. We drove 12 hours to our destination to find out that we could not check in and had nowhere to stay. This company is fraudulent. I hired them to produce an e-commerce site for me over six months ago and I STILL do not have a functioning site. I have paid $2, 700 for NOTHING! They will not refund my money because it has been more than 90 says since I made the purchases, despite the fact I have been unable to USE the services I paid for. This company needs a lesson in customer service. I ordered a laptop battery from Mundo Corp. and it has never worked. I called the "customer" service dept and was that I had to email the repair dept. I did so and was told to wait for a form thru my email. You pay your bill online through their website and then they tell you the amount that you pay was incorrect so your services are being suspended. Are you serious. I ordered MBT Kusumu sandals on May 25, 2010 (Order ID 57571473). I paid by PayPal $99.99($89.99 for shoes, $4.50 Insurance and $5.50 for Tax). On May 30, 2010, MBTfine.Com cancelled my order stating the shoes were out of stock and that they would refund my money in a week. When asked if I would be interested in having her host an event at my home I said sure. We attained the services of ADT. 1 month later our home was broken into. The system failed to protect us. We chose ADT because of the rebate they offered; pay $300 installation fee and get $200 back within 4 to 6 weeks. Never ever got the check after multiple complaints. The whole point of the site is to pay a % cash back for clicking through their website to make purchases. I went through the website to make a pretty substantial purchase, waited for a couple days for my purchase to show up on the site. It never did. Wow, They really took my father for about $15, 000 in cleaned coins. Shame on them. I just went thru all the coins he bought from Mt. Vernon Coin Company and even had some graded. I contracted with the owner (Esther Dilbert) for their Deep Cleaning Package for my apartment for a fee of $135. Verizon in souther Maryland sent a technician to my home, WITHOUT my request or knowledge, and "forced" my home phone line to FIOS!!! I'm absolutely floored and can't believe the audacity of this major corporation. I purpose to write every entity that oversee corporations and complain until something changes. Placed order for $1949.00 outdoor grill on 6/27/10 using Paypal. Since the amount was large paypal attempted to confirm sale by calling me but my number was in the process to being transferred to my new home so Paypal denied the charge. I bought a cell phone from best buy. The manufacturer is motorola. After three months of owning the phone the speaker stopped working. I tried returning the phone to best buy. The carrier is boost mobile and they don't do exchanges and because the carrier is boost best buy couldn't exchange the phone. So the best buy associate called motorola. I called Ronco company customer service line today regarding miracle blade III knife handle had broke loose in addition to the on the scissors in the set. Ronco's 100% lifetime warrant required me to pay shipping, handling and TAX!!!, which ended up being 20% of what I had originally paid for the entire set of knives. They were rude and unwavering. I purchased a new 3 stream Brita faucet mount filter less than 3 months ago. I previously used Pur water filters, but decided to give Brita a try. I wish we'd stayed with Pur. The electronic indicator light failed. I changed the filter, thinking that was the problem. Still no indicator light. This company was informed of a huge wasp nest located at least 30 feet up in a roof eave. They came out, sprayed the nest and left a note that they didn't have a ladder tall enough to knock down the nest but they did kill the wasps. When I called them to remove the entire nest as agreed upon in the original call, they said it would be an additional cost because of the height and location of nest. I ended up scraping the nest off myself. This is a classic example of bait and switch. They charged me full price, and left me to get rid of the nest.
