I bought a pair of Ecco sandals to wear on a three week trip to Europe. I wore them before I went on the trip and they seemed fine. I have been continueously calling mediacom customer care officials and have been telling them about the internet service I am subscribed to. I have subscribed to 12 Mbps MediaCom Online services and I never get an internet speed above 5-6 Mbps.. most of the times its less than 3 Mbps. Every time I call them, they give me an appointment to send in their technician.. every time their technician comes check my modem with his handheld and says everything is fine... I tried to make a purchase because a sale event was going on. I wouldn't have made the purchase if there wasn't a sale. I missed the area where I needed to add the promo code into the checkout. They have a strict no returns policy, which benefits them especially when the staff is incompetent. I purchased a pedal for my sewing machine with the help of a salesperson. I tried for weeks to get the pedal to work, without success. When I tried to return the pedal because it didn't ever work, I was told by the salesperson that he couldn't give me anything for it because of their policy. Kenmore Range takes an unreal time to preheat, exceeds 20 minutes to come up to temp. They say it is normal because only oven element preheats and they do not use the broiler element to assist. Magnet4less.com has ok products, the problem is, that like so many others out there, they seem to think it is just fine to deceive the consumer with shipping charges that are actually going into their pockets to pad their profits.
