I just experienced the new FSC this past week. I and several other employees had poor experiences with this company. Recently I sent a rack of military ribbons back to this company thinking I purchased them from the company. However, when I called to give them my payment information I was informed that I sent the wrong ribbons (from ultra thin) and they wanted to charge me close to $55 dollars to get a complete rack. On my October Verizon Internet and home phone bill I received a fee for 19.95 a month from Talent & More. I have no idea what they are supposed to do or why they are on my bill. Verizon said it is another provider. I never asked for another provider. The notation above the bill says "Billed on behalf of Dami" I have no idea what that is or why it is even on my bill. I am paying for my telly through a pound meter that is emptied every 8 weeks. I was informed by another employee that my previous collector was dismissed due to stealing money from his customers meters by taking more money than he should. This was the worst service possible. A bad bait & switch VALPAC ad "$65 for whole air duct cleaning package and no hidden charges". I was charged $250 for "duct cleaning: -which involves using a small compressed hose/ air and blowing the face of the vent ducts. A small vacuum was connecting to one of the other ducts.
