Cash at call promise cash within 24 hours to people with a default against their credit history. Instead, they took a week to finally reject my application for a $5000 loan. I am 31 yrs old, hardworking, pay my rent and bills on time each month and manage to put $1200 aside each month for a home loan deposit. I have a bad debt that I am repaying and intend to in full. My wife and I visted the Hatfield near Doncaster for a meal. We had to ask three times for my wife's red wine to be topped up to the line on the glass. There was dried on food on the cutlery. It took thirty minutes for the food to arrive and when it did, the chips were hot but everything else was stone cold. Nowhere in the terms and conditions for 3 mobile broadband does it state that customers have to wait for the start of the next billing cycle to change their monthly price plan. I wanted to upgrade my monthly capacity after I ran out of usage but was told I could not receive any more megabytes at the price I was paying until my next bill came out, some 12 days away. The lack of customer service is worse here than anywhere I have ever shopped. I will NEVER shop here again. I emailed on 3 different days, asking for the status of my order and all they say is "its on its way". By the end of 2 weeks and 3 days of this I was giving up and sent another email stating I was canceling my order. We ordered the above-referenced range hood from this company. When we received it, we realized it had already been installed (and removed) and then repackaged. The hood had several rivets missing, the electrical panel missing (there was a hole where the LCD panel should have been!), several screws missing, caulk on the electrical cord, and a dented exhaust vent. This user is selling knock off chargers imported from china. They are the WORST SELLER on eBay, I've been using eBay for the past 5 years & have over 20, 000 transactions and I have never came across someone this untrustworthy! My story is this. LookInTheAttic.com refused to refund me the difference they owed me for my return! They have a scam to make money off returns. I ordered three items that came to me in the wrong color than what their web site showed. I returned three items in the approapriate time frame. I was aware of a 16% restocking fee their return policy they sent me stated. When my credit card was credited back it was credited back with a 35% difference between what I paid and what was credited back to my card. On 19-October-2009 I went to Snappy Snaps and paid £10.99 to take a digital photograph for the purpose regarding US Green Card Lottery application. The digital image which I was sent through e-mail did not conform with the specific requirements to the application. I notified the Snappy Snaps officials immediately going by person in their shop and they refused to cooperate me in this case and insisted that their photo is absolutely correct. I tried to signup for a TrueRoots account for $5 using their online form. After completing my order, my credit card was charged and I received confirmation on the next page. Instead of receiving instant activation (as TrueRoots advertise), I was instructed to call their customer service since my account was "going to take some time to review". Optus, like other Australian mobile carriers, traps users into excessive charges by giving delayed billing information and refusing to show on your mobile "remaining uasage" in dollars and cents, that would allow the user to stay within the cap and the budget. Their roaming data GPRS and overseas call charges are truly exhorbitant, i.e. I paid 4000 times the fee for using Internet on my mobile I would have paid had I used a local Thai sim card (which I eventually did). My phone was stolen 10/13/09, I filed a police report and reported it to Asurion. On the 10/21/09 when I went to pay the $85 charge to replace my phone I was told that since my phone service had been disconnected that day I no longer had insurance. I was told that they do not validate the claim from the day of the incident, they validate it when you have all your paperwork completed and even if I paid my phone bill I could not replace my phone because I would be starting with a new insurance plan. My 2wire power supply failed. OK, can't cost too much at ATT store but NO, they sell only complete modem kit for $100. No Pwr Sup at Radio Shack or Best Buy. Need Internet now, so go back to ATT store and lay down my $100. Get connected and look at ATT on the web and there is my supply for $10 ! That is TEN. Why does the Maize Road store not carry these? I don`t know how they get away with it but Morrisons treat their staff like 2nd class citizens especially the bosses. There are so many department managers supervisors etc who have stepped down because of the pressures and stress put on to them. The turnover of staff is rediculous and nothing is ever done to find out why this is. When one female boss left one store to come to another the original store held a party to celebrate. I took out, and paid for an online insurance policy with this company for my daughter and myself. On inspection of the policy when it arrived, i noticed that they had got my date of birth wrong. When i phoned up to explain they told me that my daughter was NOT coverd! and tried to blame the online process for allowing the transaction going through. My daughter was most upset as this is only the first year on the road for her, and she had effectively been driving totaly unaware that she was not insured. They DID NOT show in their TERMS AND CONDITIONS that they would be charging anything more then the dollar. Those shops, unsupervised by the company, charge whatever they want for the service they feel ilke providing. Replacing the battery in an electric razor costs $35 and takes more than 10 days.
