I purchased a plan with solomobile and since activation i have been getting these "short code program" text messages which charges anywhere from $2 to $5 per incoming text. After speaking to the solomobile both at the kiosk where I purchased the phone and also calling their technical support, solomobile says it's a 3rd party text and they just past the bill to the consumer. Since I did not subscribe to this I end up paying for this. 1st month was $21, now it's $42. I can't get them to reverse the charges and I'm not sure where these messages come from. This man sold us a remodeled boat that had cracks in the hull. When we put it in the water, the hull filled up with water. We immediately brought it back to him and, after 3 months, we have not received any money back. read full review »

I purchased 3 Bamboo Shades for my patio to block the heat of the sun. When we installed one, we found it to be useless for this purpose because the slats were to wide apart allowing lots of sunshine to pass through. I took them back to Garden Ridge to EXCHANGE them for another style I had seen. I was told that since they were opened I could neither return or exchange them even though I had a receipt. Autozone is preparing to open a store in my neighborhood. In preparing this building they have painted over a mural that was on the exterior, rear wall of the building, which faces a parking lot and busy street. This was done, I assume, so that their store could be a clone of every other store they have. The mural was painted by local school children and was colorful and whimsical. If you are considering hiring JBL...DON'T!!! They don't know what they are doing, they lied and they do shoddy work (at best)! I hired JBL A/C Service and Duct Cleaning to clean my ducts, dryer vent and install UV light systems in each of my A/C units (2). After charging me $734 and leaving, I realized that my West A/C unit wasn't working and dryer vent was never cleaned. Their customer service manager interfered when I called to inquire about the services they offered because I did not want to sign up immediately. This person was so aggressive, mean and offensive that I hanged up. They did offer the better price, but I refuse to do business with them. Just venting...I have the 5Mbps road Runner Service from Oceanic Cable in Honolulu and more often it never gets anywhere near that speed. Many times when I measure the speed, it's in the 300kbps to 1Mbps range. Occasionally, I would get 5Mbps but that's if I use it in obscure hours of the day when other people are either sleeping or not at home. InternetSecure will let you begin processing cards on their website. However when it comes time for the deposits to hit your bank account they will inform you that your account is still new and has not been approved. Company representative surveyed air conditioner installation job and made verbal contract (commitment) to send install crew out. When crew did not arrive on time a call was made to Danco. Danco rep Cary Krajeski stated that Danco decided not to install air conditioner because "the owner says we did not sell the unit and will not do the installation". As an ex-employee I can say that HIT Web Design, formerly known as Heritage Web Solutions, was once a great company to work for. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. I had worked there for 2 and a half years and in the past year, HIT (who changed their name to run away from their bad reputation) has seriously gone down hill. My bank notified me of a 60 dollar charge from WWW.SKYPE.COM LU. I have never heard of this site/service nor used it and certainly did not authorize any charge. At the urging of my bank I will be filing a police report in the next few days to recover every single penny you they from my account. We are a new small business and HIT has truly compromised our reputation due to pathetic web design. I signed on for a free trial with Blue Mountain [BM] (an online greeting card company) - when I attempted to cancel the trial within the allotted time, I could not access my account & a message came up that I was not in the database - I write down every password that I use & know that the correct information was provided to BM - BUT MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED $29.99! AND GET THIS: this company has no way to contact them other than a website which does NO good whatsoever - there is no phone #, address, NOTHING. What do I do? 7/03/09 - We contracted Glidden Interiors (family owned business) from Auburndale to install crown molding and wainscoting. The carpentry was outstanding, but they will not finish the job to our satisfaction. The wainscoting and crown molding required caulking and paint which was missed in areas. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM!! We purchased a sink from Circle City Copperworks recently, and upon arrival, the sink was in very poor shape at best. Simple welding, distortion to overall copper shape of sink, and major bubbling at inner rim, rending it useless for future cleaning. Our football officials organization has been a customer of yours for over 10years. Our "webmaster" has come down with cancer and is no longer able to handle the website and make rational decisions. My law firm ordered legal sized folders from Printglobe. We did not get a legal sized envelope proof so we had no idea how they would look. Inevitably, we received a big box of folders that looked awful, the print was wrong and so I sent the folders back for a re-print. Printglobe refused to acknowledge our frustration and billed our credit card $1, 575.00 plus shipping. Now, I am out $1, 575 plus folders! Recently I took the plunge and "invested" in a nice pair of sunglasses. Purchased a pair RayBan RB3320s aviators for $130.00 on June 06th. Within 2 weeks the nose piece wire arm broke off while adjusting. I found Ray Ban/Luxottica Group warranty info and followed instructions. I purchased a weather radio which was defective. I sent it back to the manufacturer and, after several replacements, I received one which, I thought, worked. The trouble was that I didn't want the radio to alert me all the time, but I couldn't turn the alert feature off. When I called the company and followed their instructions it still didn't work. I was finally told that I had to send the unit back and since it was out of waranty it would cost me $15 to fix the problem. This company has the most unethical and abusive practices I have ever seen. They sent Carlos to my home 3 weeks ago to repair a leak coming from the rear of the refrigerator. He used a tube from his vehicle supplies and replaced the tube I had. Today (because it is still causing problems) he lies and said he spliced my existing tube and they need to charge us more money to come and fix the problem.
