The phone number they sent me what not the phone number that went to my daughters phone and they did not figure out the problem for a week. I deleted the network and re-created it only to find that the features I was charged for are not accessible. I've submitted help tickets about this as well and have still not received a reply. I purchased the Ameriwood 4506 ready to assemble pantry. The problems began with the shelf supports, the pre drilled holes did not go all the way through. The pantry backing was cheap cardboard which ripped when removing it from the box. Unable to understand the instructions I called custonmer service. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes no one was able to help in any way. I have put together ready to assemble furniture before and never had problems like this. I am a customer in Charlotte NC. We had some work done by Olshan more than a year ago. 4 piers and some crawlspace work. When adjusting the 4 piers placed under the foundation itself, they raised it too high. It cracked my walls and almost broke the windows. John Deere Trike Tricycle built by RC2Corp appeared solidly built, however, a weekness developed in the neck of the trike under the handle bars which broke and bent unexpectedly causing my son to be thrown face first into the cement sidewalk. Very inconsistant, late last year I placed a large order of custom badges, it was said to be delivered on a specific date (4-6 weeks), I received the order over a month later from the 6 weeks. Yesterday, I placed an order for 150 badges, credit card was accepted, we got confirmation numbers and a thank you letter for our order. Out of gut feeling, we decided to make a phone call anyways to make sure the order was placed, we later found out the order was never sent in, AGAIN... After completing the loan application, I was contacted again to complete the signing on September 24, 2009. I purchased the three horse power (twenty ton) electric model back in February of this year. The machine is advertised a being quiet, but actually is very loud with a high pitch noise that requires ear protection. I phoned 1st Access when my boiler stopped working, The engineer arrived at my apartment and after a deliberated 40 minutes I was told "the elements had gone" and I need to replace them, but the engineer "rewired them" so I can have hot water for tonight.
