This website for viewing credit card account is horrible! Never up and working properly, must always call in and have the tech reset THEIR system in order to access it. Never lets you get by the login page and keeps making you enter more and more information only to bring you back the same login page that you started on. My Bell/Sympatico plan says I get up to 25 GB per month for a flat fee. Two months ago they charged me $8 extra for going over and I didn't believe them so I got a Net Meter. I went into my local GNC this morning. I am a former employee, The manager was very rude, she didn't ask me if I needed any help, she refused to answer any of my questions, so I did not buy anything. As I was walking out she told me to never come back to her store ever again as I was a bother to her, in front of 3 other customers plus people walking in the mall, everyone could hear her. I too have received harrassing calls from ACS stating that I owe a payday loan, which is false. They repeatly contact my place of employment making threats like I am going to jail and they are going to sue my employer. I know that this is a SCAM and some people will actually fall for this scam. I have used Firefox for many years. However, since installing Firefox 4 it has lost bookmarks on too many occasions. Several years ago, we purchased a set of 4 Bilstein shocks (with lifetime warrantee) from McKenzie’s Performance Products, a shop specializing in off road parts and equipment. The salesman said should they ever fail, return them for replacement. The 2 front shocks failed. We went to McKenzie’s, and the manager refused to honor the warrantee. He said they do not do warrantees. So we contacted Bilstein directly. They immediately sent out 2 new shocks.
