Placed an online floral delivery and was told a grand total which I accepted. Paid by VISA and even printed out an invoice for myself. When I received my bank statement I was charged $23.00 more than my invoice. When I called to complain, they stated "oh didn't anyone tell you that we are based in Canada?" Nowhere on the website does it mention that they are in Canada. Of course they stated that they are going to credit my account because they billed me in Canadian $. I Purchased two windows and one door from Anglian Windows, when the windows were installed I found they are not the same type as their sales man shown to me. I asked the window fitter and was told that they have two product range and the one they made and and installed for me is the cheaper one and has to be required specifically by the customer. After carefully checked my contract it seem that indeed this is what the contract said in a small print way. But the sales man never explain to me or show me this type of product. I have had home & contents insurance with Zurich for over 10 years and have out in one small claim some 8 years ago. However, recently after an horrendous storm I had to claim for both home and contents damage due to water ingress. I followed their instructions and got quotes, submitted them and they paid up. Then my neighbour said that a similar problem had happened some 10 years ago with water comming off an adjoining field so I told Zurich thinking they may recoup from a third party. No way. On 24th September I rang the payment side Argos/Homebase to authorise a payment of £140.92 in full payment as required. When I came to check over the telephone how much I had left in the bank and was adised nothing and the bank and i suspected fraud when a large payment of £1, 409.20 had been removed from the account on 29th September 2008. I am also one of the people that Cencion have been spamming... apparently they are well known for spamming people without their permission. I am not sure how they get their numbers but once they do, they ignore all mobile regulations anfd sell you something every 5 minutes!! I am a self employed plasterer. I got asked to do the 'kids with terminal cancer wall planner' some time ago. The only proof I ever had that it existed was a very poor quality sample copy that came to me in a tatty tube with an invoice for £595.00 and the small print stated that just 5% of this would go to a Merseyside charity that has nothing to to with children. Reception is AWFUL! I have sky, which can be affected by weather conditions, but even in good conditions, the reception is continually poor. My story is long and if you want to skip the rest, here is my conclusion on my exprience with Sears Canada, calgary and Canmore location Sears Canada provides no help on your complaint. They are bunch of high school drop out low education 2nd class people. I will suggest you not to deal with them on your complaints because you will get nothing! Purchased a mobile and 18 month contract from dial-a-phone in Dec 07. Phone arrived and contract started and was told that not only did I have 3 months free insurance but the phone was under a 12 month manufacturers warranty too. I called First National Associates in regard to a leak in my kitchen, the plumber said the pipe work was strange but he could rectify the situation, he also completed two other jobs for me. Belvoir Hull. The worst letting company I have ever encountered! I rang up about a broken tumble dryer so many times I gave up. Just before I moved in, the washing machine (only 1 between 6 flats), have been broken for three months before it was fixed. I hate moaning about staff, as they are usually dealing with lots of things, so your problem cannot always be top priority; however the only way to describe these people is incompetent. I have been with NTL for over 3 years. After being paid off a few months ago from my job, also a single parent father. I had got behind on paying my last bill from NTL. I agreed with them i would pay off the extra amount owed weekly, as I have always known not to give NTL any direct debit information. Of course they added on there now £10 late charge (illegal?) plus £4 admin charge on my normal £25 a month Broadband 4MB package. Had Sprint Phone service for 2 years. Numerous complaints were made about bad cell phone service, calls dropped, no service, etc etc Stood outside in my driveway, 1 am, on a cold night, due to lack of service inside my home, to explain my problems to one of their agents. Nothing done again. Call dropped feature to get me credit, ha, what a joke. Calls were dropped while trying to get credit. Finally, after 2 years with this crap, I switched to Verizon. Agent "Chris" was more than happy to sell me new phone and wireless service. I was ASSURED that everything would be in order before I left the store. Service was transferred from Sprint. I was Lied to and the service I needed is still not in place. International calling (also advertised in brochure) was a must due to family living there. I used to be contracted to Orange.es for ADSL in Spain for three years with no problems. I had to change my fixed landline number due to a injunction report for personal reasons. Orange in Spain made me cancel my current service (which they charged me for) as they couldn't just change the telephone number for the same line and re register. I have now re-registered back in August and received a new router and package on the 1st September. Both times it was serviced promptly but because of these problems, we purchased the Maytag Dependability Plus Extended Service Plan. LTL shipment from California got lost in shipping, when it finally arrived it, Vision Express - Wrag time woould not let me inspect the product for damage. Said if I didn't want it, put it back on the truck, otherwise take it as it is. Can anyone give me a reasonable answer regarding Ardyss backorder system. I have asked my distributor and am getting little response. I do like the product and of course other women want it, however, getting it is another thing. Does Ardyss need an inventory specialist or a buyer that is on top of the inventory. Back on September 3rd 2009. My daugher had her school pictures taken. She turned in the payment and proceeded with her pictures. The school gets the pictures back and my daughters pictures were not there. I spoke with her school and come to find out about 50% of the pictures never showed up. So I look on line and they never cashed the check and I have tried to get help with there customer service department with no luck. I have paid for her school pictures since she was in Kindergarden and sh is now in 10th grade and this is the first year I will not have school pictures. read full review »

I recently purchases two packs of Marlboro Mediums, and became quite upset, and downright angry that they were the worst packs of cigarettes I've ever tasted. I literally was unable to finish the packs, and swore off Marlboro's. Luckily I love your product, but also believe for the price I pay I should be able to enjoy every drag. This company used telemarketing to contact our company and used high pressure sales to get us to spend over $5000 and a fake GURANTEEED first page ranking above some negative listings that we had, DO NOT LISTEN. They are scammers, they literary stole $2750 from us for 2 months! Do not be a victim, if it is too good to be true, IT IS. We are seeking legal advise against this company and hopefully will put them out of business and in jail soon so they will not be able to make any other victims.
