I phoned Telewest about 2 months ago to get a phone line installed. I then had to wait a few days to get the technician. I had to take a day off from work to be there, only to be told that he can't install the line because the phone line has to be connected to the line/cable underneath the road and that the road was too busy. Our business relocated to an address where AT & T could not provide service, thus we had to cancel our AT & T service and change to another carrier. The AT & T representative gave me a fax number and told me to send a letter explaining that AT&T service was not available at our new location and the termination fees would be waived. Now, I get a bill for hundreds of dollars in termination fees. When I called back, a different rep told me that they don't have a fax number or such a policy and I am stuck with the fees. Notified Walmart/Netscape of cancellation of internet dial up service. Naturally business attempted to continue providing service on various scenarios. I declined and individual cancelled service from tech. end. That was three months ago and Walmart/Netscape is continuing to pull money from my account to pay for a service that I no longer have.
