I have been using Choice Cleaning Services since 2005, shortly after moving into my newly built home. To get a contract with 3G in June of 2008 I was asked by 3G's credit department to leave a deposit of £150 which would be returned in 6 months. Beware...My husband and I hired JerBren Inc. (Jerome Ickes, aka Jerry) to remodel our upstairs bathroom. Not only did he not complete the work but we now have multiple issues...so many to list. Vibco's engineers up-sold me to a much larger product than I needed. Their salesmen then agreed to EXCHANGE the too-large one for smaller one. They gave me an RMA and acknowledged receipt of the too-large one in sound condition. I had Sears coming out to clean 7 areas and was quoted $169. The living area was very dirty from foot traffic, food or drink spills, and some urine spots from some small dogs. There was also a small number of small spots in two of the three bedrooms. The cleaners came out, looked at the job and called me (I was at work) to tell me they could not do a regular cleaning due to the high number of urine spots in all the bedrooms and living/dining rooms. The island St Barths, is part of the European union and therefore they should abide by European distance selling regulations and refund my money; which they have refused to do. As annual members of Cheltenham Racecourse my wife and I pay an inclusive fee for all days of racing. We understand that when an occasional day is cancelled, we receive no refund on this payment. For Saturday 13th December we paid an extra fee of £7.50 each for access to the main stand and adjoining bar and lounge.
