I hired Hanson to put in a self contained air conditioning and heating unit. The name of the unit is Heil. Hanson will rip you off, he doesn't do what he is supposed to do, he will take your money and run. Buyer BEWARE!! This company sold me bamboo flooring that their advertising states is 27% harder than hardwood. I had the flooring installed and it looked beautiful...until it was walked on. I just purchased some Corelle Livingware after using a set for eight years. The product held up well and I continue to use the old livingware, but wanted a new design. I purchased the Memphis design and read the box thoroughly to note any changes in the product. I have acomplaint against A-Plus Tailors and Cleaners on 317 Bald Hill Road. I took a pair of ladies slacks in to his store to be hemmed. He totally destroyed them. Transaction Fee Today I went to the above broker to retrieve a paper called a Listing Agreement that seemed to be missing from my file. When all of these papers were signed, the real estate agent took them and dropped me off copies the next day. Understaffed and ill trained. After being told my simple color copying job (400 copies) could not be done until the next day, I used a color copier to self service print what I needed. Using paper I purchased from them (gloss finish) I attempted to copy. After numerous mis feeds, paper jams (which I cleared myself-no staff available) and an fee meter that seemed multiply instead of add I left w/o finishing my job as my fee added up to close to $475. Lesson learned-it's cheaper to color print at home. Bristol Court Apartments I was shown a demo apartment on September 26th, 2005. I was told apartment would be ready on September 30th.
