On June 7, I purchased two Godfather's Pizza $25.00 gift certificates to be shipped to my home. I received a ship confirmation email on June 8. Last week, after deciding I had allowed enough time for the certificates to arrive by US Postal Service, I wrote to CityDeals asking if they knew of any issues as to why I had not received the certificates. The previous reviewers are absolutely correct in their claims against NCOA (www.joinncoa.net). I had purchased my plan through Letstalk.com and had only wished I'd known what sort of insurance I was purchasing, or had seen these reviews in advance. I filed a claim over 3 weeks ago and have received few details regarding the phone I seemingly sent to the great beyond. Bekins moved my household on Nov. 15, 2005 and was due to deliver on Nov. 18, 2005. The truck did not make the delivery due to a "breakdown", didn't make it the next day either. I had a prepaid vacation with family at Disneyland for the 21st of November through the 22nd. No clothes, no goods no nothing and when delivery was made on Wednesday the 23rd there was damaged, missing and completely destroyed property. My complaint is that after ordering a large sausage pizza from Giuseppes from my hotel room. One hour and fifteen minutes later I received a cold extra large pepperoni pizza. My son ordered a CD with information on federal grants from someone who called him and charged my debit card what was suppose to be a one time fee of $2.95, in January, 2009. Since then every month they have been taking money out of my account twice a month once from websaveclub.com for 34.95 and once from mygrantsitetoo.com for 39.95. I have been unable to find a phone number to call and get them to give my money back. I have cancelled my debit card but want to get my money back totaling almost $150.00 now. Funny how that works it let the water in around the glass, but after it ran down the inside of the door, the door sweep wouldn't let it out.
