I ordered a lift kit from this company about 3 years ago. Not only have I not received the kit, my attempts for a refund have gone in vain. After countless phone calls, mostly sitting on hold, hiring an attorney, complaints filed with the BBB of California, and a complaint to the Attorney Generals office of California, I still do not have my $1638.82. This guy, Jim Nautlet, is nothing short of a thief and a liar. He runs his business on Consumer Fraud. I encouage anyone who has had a similar experience, to continue to file complaints. He needs to make restitution to all he has stolen from, then go to jail. read full review »

We have lived in our home for almost 7 years now, and during all this time we have had a huge flooding problem. The prior owner had the basement waterproofed by Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing with a lifetime warranty transferrable to us. Within a few months our basement began to take on water; since then, it has been an ongoing battle: they either ignore us, or do not fix the basement right. I have a small business in Australia and I purchased a mail box from namesecure.com to help control the amount of spam I was getting. I paid on 24th May for the mailbox which was supposed to redirect mail sent to that box to my normal email address. We the residents of this complex have a MAJOR complaint against USI ENERGY concerning water allocation. The complex changed over to HOUSTON PLANNED ENERGY and we were told to tell USI about this matter and shouldn't be getting any more bills. Worthington Locksmith failed to show up with adequate supplies to install our front door lock. After a partial installation, they failed to show up for weeks, despite multiple calls made to them -- each time they make an excuse, promised to show up and fail to do so. Our mistake was paying for the work before it was entirely completed. They don't take credit cards, so watch out -- don't pay in full! Better yet - don't use them at all. They act polite as they lie about coming to complete their work. They also tried to make off with nearly new door handles we were having replaced. I noticed that the ribbons on these mylar Mother's Day balloons are hanging down to my chest walking to look at items in the front of the store. They were in my mouth, nose, eyes, hair and on my face. I complained to the person checking me out and she said there was nothing she could do and there would be alot more of them this week for Mother's Day. This is how the swine flu is spread through touching the eyes, nose, and mouth with the germs. I live on Chestnut Grove rd and i still have the slow aol internet.. i have called and complian numerous times to windstream and begged for them to bring DSL down my road it seems like everyone else in mt.vernon has dsl but my road. aslo it took 25 mins for me to log on to my internet jus now n to get on this site!! i am very fursturated and tired of this, my road has had over 50 ppl sign and say they would get DSL if windstream would bring a line down this way but they still refused. and i know of at least 10-15 college students down my road that are having problems because some of their classes have tests online. read full review »

I took my car to firestone uptown and the mechanic that looked at it went thru a check list and he said that he check windshield wiper fluid but he didn't. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY... I ordered a coat rack online which was misrepresented in their advertising as having "Brass Plated Hooks" but the item came with VERY FLIMSY PLASTIC balls for hooks. A couple of the plastic balls broke when we assembled the coat rack. We glued them back together, but the plastic continues to break on several of the plastic balls. the call constantly disconnected even before any conversation starts, was charges $3...so you could be not able to talk for anything and already got charged $3. terrible service!!! this happens at least 3 times a day, that is $9 charge for nothing. i have to buy $59.9 which $9.9 is convenient fees, which lasted 2 days only. we only talked for 40 mins a day or less, so that is 80 mins for $60. well the rate is actually ~$6 for 15 mins, if the disconnect problem isn't there, then $50 will last 120 mins, so the connection problem... read full review »

I signed up for the priority e mail service and have gotten very few answers to my questions and when they did answer it was very vague and very unhelpful.
