On April, 6 2009, I purchased a clothe dryer from Sears. Total cost of $682.93 which included a $75 delivery fee. When the dryer was delivered the next day, it was not set up correctly for venting. The original sales person (Ann) assured me that the dryer could be vented the way I needed it, however, and apparently, she was wrong. I have been a passionate Hannah Montana fan for the majority of my life, so as you can guess, when I went to Fox Cinemas to see the feature-length movie, I was freaking pumped. But then, the movie turned out to be a major suckfest, to put it nicely. In 2002 I moved into an apartment complex owned by Equity Residential called Tansbourne Terrace in Hillsboro, OR. I lived there from July 2002 to July 2003, and then moved into another complex owned by Equity (that was I suppose my first mistake). When I received the lease expiration notice, I chose not to renew it, and gave them my 30 day notice, moved out. I'd purchased a year supply of contact lens last May. And this box I'm using now is defected. 4 of them lasted 1 day or 2 lasted 2 days for my right eye. It's Frequency 55. For my left eye, I use Frequency Toric and the box right now is not much better than the right eye. The longest was lasted 1 week. I called the company that I purchased from said it was almost a year old and that's nothing they can do since they can't return it to Cooper Vision. I, too purchased a rip policy from these rats. My daughter was coming to be with me for a surgery I had scheduleld. The week BEFORE the scheduled surgery, I temporartily lost my eyesight (new medicine side effect.) When she changed her plans to get here faster to assist me, they couldn't accommodate the change, so we bought a ticket from the airline at a full price, and cancelled the Priceline ticket. I dropped off a pair of jeans to be hemmed two weeks ago. It's quite pricy at $13.95, comparing to $7.00 in Korean Town, $9.50 in West LA, $12.00 at certain tailors. This cleaner is right across street from my apartment buildiing, so I figured it's more convenient. It took a week to get them done. Company is ripping off customers by adding extra $1.00 to all charges I am writing to notify you of a complaint I have against Camp Creek Liqours located at 2834 Camp Creek Parkwy, College Park, GA 30337. This is a diet pill I agreed to try and have asked them to discontinue sending it ti me and charging my credit card as I cannot take this pill as I have had stomach surgery. I have e-mailed them and gotten no response from them. Tenant gave notice to vacate on January 24, 2008, stating that she would vacate the premises effective Feb. 28, 2008. I live in New York City and have used this service once before with the ticket being dismissed. The second time I used it I was found guilty. Now comes the hard part: getting a refund. Because I used WhiteOut to remove their logo or Copyright as they call it, I was refused a refund for altering the document. I changed no dates or places or any other information. You have to fax them all the documentation (which they already have), and if anything is missing or "altered" you're out. It's a great service if it works, but don't count on a refund. There is talk of a class action suit and I would definitely want in on that. read full review »

Access Wireless sold me a T-Mobil Family Plan with a $500 rebate in 90 days. The plan was activated in Dec. 2005 and is now June 2006. After numerous calls to Access Wireless they finally sent me half of the$500 and the check was returned stamped NSF... I have called Access Wireless and T-Mobile and all I have gotten is the run around. They are treating me as if I did something wrong. A graduation gift of an airline ticket was purchased for a passenger who was unknowingly afraid to fly. On finding out the dilemma, the credit card owner called Delta to cancel the flight, they were told "tough luck". The ticket cost was $298.59 and the only resolve offered was "the passenger could fly within one year or Delta keeps the money". The passenger either fly or tough luck. He called the company to place his order for the phone service but I spoke with the customer service representative to confirm the details concerning his service. I ordered flowers ONE TIME in April without incident - the amount was less than $50. I never contacted the florist again as I had to reason to. In May, a $248 bill to my credit card was *fraudulently* made and I made numerous attempts over four days to contact an owner or manager; each time I was told a message would be forwarded but never once did I receive a return call. Finally, I put the charge into dispute with my credit card company. Now, in June, yet another charge has been *fraudulently* made for $148. I needed accomadation in a hotel in paris close to eurosdisney. After two days the hotel requested was confirmed . I chose the hotel after it had been suggested to me by fellow travellers. The hotel was Elysee Hotel val d'Europe. As soon as it was confirmed I bought my airline tickets for all the family. Now just one day after all was confirmed HotelClub.com have sent me another e mail saying that the confirmation has been cancelled. I find this behaviour offensive and ridiculous! I called this ESBI and asked them who the where. She said they gave me a "mini" website for my business which I authorized on 3/19. I think these people are nuts! Archos Inc. Manufacturer of consumer electronics, beware before you buy any products from this company. I purchased an MP3 player in February 2006 which was defective I sent the product back to Archos on February 18th and as of today June 11th, 2006 I have yet to receive this unit back. Mrs. Libert was under contract to deliver flowers for a wedding in May in Clearwater with a specific time for the flowers to be at the site before the photographer and guests arrived.
