There were some major issues with the Fair Oaks Mall location of Hour Eyes. First, the manager is very hard to deal with. She does not listen to the customer. I went to Ikea and tried to buy a kitchen counter displayed on their floor. It was out of stock and they did not know when in would be in stock. They would not sell me the display model. I found the item online and checked every store in the US, no stock. How can they display an item online and on their floor and not have it in stock or know when it will ship? I have had the same experience with their office line, a monumental lack of information. In January 2006, as I entered a roundabout & continued around in the correct lane, with the indicator flashing, a lorry on my inside proceeded to cut across into my lane & slice the front off my car. This woman ripped me off when dealing with my wedding flowers. I paid her a lot of money up front and the day before the wedding i rang her to check that everything was in order. We hired a skip from this company last year and asked them to collect it 3 months ago. They consistently lie about picking it up and basically, because we paid up front and they have to pay to dump the rubbish won't collect it. This has caused much angst with out neighbors. I purchased the Choice Africa Nz phone card in Auckland New Zealand with the understanding that calling rate to Nbi (Kenya) was about $.095 a minute. I returned a $125 bag. The company took weeks to credit me. I had to make multiple calls. They told me on the phone they received the item and had not gotten around to giving me credit. I asked for email confirmation of the return (they send emails for the purchase so doesn't that make sense). They refused.. (dealing with a foreigner). I finally received a credit. Now 5 months later, the same charge back-dated to November is re-instated. How this is even possible is beyond me. Now I have to go through the credit company..?? In the advertisement the ISP offered 1.0Mbps, but the actual speed I get/whole bumiko get is less than 512Kbps. This has been happening in Bumiko/whole Miri/ Sarawak quite some time now. If there were 30Days, I felt like 29 days is raining with slow speed. C'mon, At least give us 512Kbps---a 50% performance. I did order the disc for $1.95 and even talk with a supposely customer-repressentative the next morning(she called me) and after she ran down the basics, my hunger to make some money accepted a fee of $39.95 after the first 21 days which it has not been nor have I recieved a disc. I paid for my daughter to have a makeover at new, id experiences owned by the Burlington group. The make over was fine and the photo shoot good. I ordered a pair of Timberland boots and two pairs of trousers on 6 Jan 2009. The company immediately deducted the amount from my credit card even though they didn't have them in stock. After repeated requests they finally told me they couldn't get hold of the items for weeks. I canceled my order and asked for a refund which they confirmed they'd process. Abacus Taxis are rude and obnoxious. First off, when you enter their taxis the first thing they do is ask if you're a customer of Dave's Minibus, if you say you've used them they charge you double as they have a problem with this other company. Complete scam artists. I was making a local move with 7 furniture pieces but thought I would use a moving company since a couple of pieces were heavy. I was quoted a rate of $225 for the move, which I felt was reasonable and I accepted. I was told that if I wanted packing material, the charges would be extra, which made sense. I purchased 4 ink cartridges from print pal, I put them in my printer, and a few days later I went to use the printer, and it didn't print. I opened the printer, and found the black ink cartridge empty, and the magenta also. The inside of my printer was a mess covered with ink. Now I can no longer use my printer. We (my brother and mom) and myself reserved a cabin (Slippery Rock) on March 18th for 7 nights. We were very upset upon arrival to find that the roads to get to the cabin were very steep and not paved. We had a Nissan Altima and we had to take running jumps to try to get to our cabin, not one but two times just to get to cabin and the same getting out. I used this company from late 2003 for my phone calls and internet provider. I was on dial up pay as you go (daytime plus) which requires you to have a BT phone line. I had so much trouble with this company i.e.days of not being able to access the internet in the times I was paying for 8am to 6pm 7 days a week and being cut off when I was in the middle of doing something on the computer. I find this product entirely unsatisfactory. I remove the alleged clutter and instead of my computer going faster the reverse occurs. Also I am advised to use the Speedscan, but I dont want and it just annoys me by slowing up my computer with messages every time I turn in my computer. I hired (or thought I did) a car from Easycar.com on the internet. In the 'contract' it said to bring a valid driving license + a passport as my license is not a UK license. When I went to pick up the car I was asked for proof of address, which I did not bring as they did not ask for it in documents to bring.
