Zabars delivered a thank you basket to a Board member that was rancid. A perishable package was to be delivered on a Friday and was not delivery until the following Monday with no phone calls to alert the recipient or the purchaser there was trouble with delivery. Food made our client ill and when a call was made to Zabars they did not see a problem with delivering a rancid food basket. No apology or refund was offered. I have 4 kids and they can's sit outside of my door and talk with their friends. The playground area behind my apartment had a 6 ft drop not more than 1 yard away from the basketball court. We have had an Aussie Bonza 3 gas grill for 4 years and it has crumbled from the inside out. Originally, we thought this grill was sturdy enough to last 10 years or more and we loved the way it cooked. After only 4 years, the grill still looks great from the outside but the main body of the grill has rusted out from the inside and all of the burners fell out through the bottom. Although I am not the first to post an MBNA claim, I feel there is strength in numbers. I have had an ongoing battle over MBNA's fishy practice of moving their due dates. I told Pipexuk on March 11th that I was transfereing from them to another internet and landline service provider giving them dates of transfer on March 20th. I sent a cheque for what I know I owed, but has not been cashed as at April 29th.
