I bought a 55Watt floor lamp from FullSpectrum Solutions. After about 3.5 year the ballast went bad. But since I was out of warranty they couldn't help me. Beware of advertisements about saving money with full spectrum lights as the accompanying ballasts fail earlier than the bulbs themselves and are costly to repair if at all possible. I'm not the first to complain about this, it appears. I got an e-mail after placing an order for an expensive Nikon lens telling me I needed to call to confirm the order. Hibler heating and air conditioning installed a new Tempstar air conditioner May 2004. It has never cooled my house. Three months after installation I call them and told them it was not cooling. They came and said the unit needed cleaning and wanted to charge me. They put free-on in it and it was call for a few weeks. Yerasoft gets customers to pay big money for site design and custom projects. They have you sign on the dotted line, agree to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time, then swipe the credit card. First of all I would like to say that this is not my first bad experience with this company. Waiting over 30 to 45 minutes on hold with operators who do not speak good English is the norm. I had two area rugs and 7 scatter rugs cleaned by Bergmans. Problems: 1. Two of my rugs were returned without fringes. 2. The rugs were picked up to have the fringes replaced. 3. This company contacted the secretary who answers our phones, and pretended to be our regular toner supplier. He told her that we had been forgotten on the prior mailing to notify of a future increase in prices and that since we weren’t notified, that they were going to give us a free bottle of toner. She was told that they would be sending an order form over, but to not worry about the price, but to please just sign the form, as it was just necessary to have to get the product shipped. On my recent credit card statement dated 4-21-08, there's a charge by RSI Partners for $9.55. I have never heard of, nor used this company's services to have been charged by them. Upon further research of this company, I found over 100 complaints posted at an online consumer complaints website that lists RSI Partners as having fraudulently charged credit cards in the amount of $9.55 for "professional services." Complaint - I bought a Chef's Design Pressure Cooker at a local store 5 months ago. I have read and followed the detail instructions as in the instruction manual. However yesterday, I discovered that the pressure cooker was letting off steam via the upper handle safety valve and not the regular steam release outlet. I checked and cleansed the outlets as advised in the instruction manual, however the problem still exists. My husband and I placed a $2, 500.00 deposit to have the above named company place a roof guard on our roof. It is a coating to protect your roof during a hurricane. We had roof damage after several hurricanes in Florida and thought this might be a good investment. After getting several roof repair estimates we decided that we couldn't afford the roof guard and requested our deposit back. Tune Masters does NOT stand behind their product -- This is a product that should be easy to do, but they damage parts as they attempt to "fix" issues creating more problems -- I took a car into them and after they "worked" on the car was not drivable -- I limped it out of their lot and took it to another car shop and they found the damage that was caused by them. Empire Home Improvements (Empire) was contracted to install vinyl siding at our home in Massachusetts. Empire guarantees "Installation in 2 weeks or less". Admiral Gas Station at 802 E. The complaint I have is with Athanasios (Tom) Menegatos, Photographer, located in Fort Lee, NJ and in Philadelphia, Pa.
