DZOIC
Thomas December 9, 2008
Dzoic fails to support their social network software and fails to live up to the pledge of paid installs within two business days. You get no response from support, I doubt if it exist. They do have a forum with tips about problems from customers. Good luck contacting Joe Duncanson the owner of www.dzoic.com read full review »

Delia's
Greg December 9, 2008
Delia's catalogue advertises "All jeans + pants buy one get one half off" but when I bought two pair of pants, I didn't get this deal. When I complained they said one of the pairs of pants was excluded from the offer...but there is nothing that indicates tha anywhere on the catalogue. This is only one incident where I've been enticed in by an offer only to find it doesn't apply to my purchase. I think they prey on kids with these offers and should be stopped. read full review »

MyPoints
Claud December 9, 2008
Some "friend" gave MyPoints my e-mail and I am being swamped in MyPoints e-mail. Can't stop their junk e-mail to me unless I first join then unsubscribe. If I join, I must first agree with a series of stuff that amongst which says that they may share some of my information (e-mail address) with some of their suppliers. I don't want this to happen as I will be put on another e-mail list. This is ludicrous, I want out! read full review »

WellWorX
Old Member December 9, 2008
I saw another posting with this site on WellWorX in Memphis. I had similiar problems with them and it took getting a lawyer to get them to stop billing me and finally close my account as I requested. I actually enjoyed the club while I was there, although there were times that things went down a bit and services were inconsistent. All in all there are too many clubs to choose from and the experience I had with them has left a bad taste in my mouth...my situation was simple and it seemed that they were determined to push a situation that did not make since to me. I would not recommend them !! read full review »

Mobile marketing content
Regional Manager December 9, 2008
Staffing and recruitment at AMV Holding and at Blue Stream give nothing but a very misleading impression of actual in-house training and staffing resources. The management is unreliable and untruthful. Hype and international publicity generated by and on behalf of these two businesses is nothing short of propaganda. Research both companies thoroughly and do not be easily deceived by basing your feelings on recognisable and branded icons contained within @blue-stream.biz e-mail signatures. read full review »

My name is Nanon Otayakul who is one of your royalty customers. I bought a lot of your products around the world especially from the Urban Outfitters, Santa Monica, California, USA. I am now in Liverpool, UK, for studying. Two months ago, I was more than happy to buy your products directly from your shop. Until last Sunday (23/11/08), I went to Chestshire Oaks Outlets and found that there was your shop over there as well. Again, I was so happy because it was cheaper than I bought in the Liverpool City Center. I then bought a pair of shoe... read full review »

They advertise over 30 kittens for adoption online but have less than 5 at their location. My application with a deposit did not secure me a kitten although they have promised it would. They have instead told me later that no reference was submitted and eventually my application got lost. What a bunch of Liars! Taking money from people as deposit and then making up lies. "Spoke" on line business directory is reporting inaccurate employment information on American's. If a company looks you and and see's an employer Spoke listed you with, that you never actually for for and not on your resume, you will not get the job. Even though "SPOKE' has reported it wrong ! We need to find an attorney to go after 'Spoke". It's not like Linked-In where you can post your own information which ensures accuracy. Bell World
Trevor December 9, 2008
Alright, lets start out by saying that I have a phone from bell that I previously owned and bought, and had no problems with until the charger broke 2 years later. I bought a new phone for $300 this past july. after having it for 3 weeks, it broke. for no apparent reason. I did not drop it, It had no water damage so i sent it away and the woman behind the desk told me it would be back in 1-2 weeks. so i thought a loaner phone would be unnecessary. after waiting the two weeks I called back and asked about the status of my phone and the woman... read full review »

Pirtek
George December 9, 2008
I would simply like to give more of the picture for the vendors out there who use Pirtek. Pirtek technician pay is 18$/hour. Technician monthly bonuses depend on gross sales, which goals are between $15, 000 and $20, 000. maximum hourly bonus for a month is $5/ hour. Each of the technicians' gross sales to gross income ratio is under 10:1. Technicians get 'time and a half' if they are in fact into overtime territory but regardless, customers are billed at 'overtime rate' after 4 pm and on weekends. Just one of... read full review »

Happy Heads
Polly Sack December 9, 2008
I walked into this hair salon called Happy Heads( formerly Hot Heads ) and asked them to put a few black streaks in the top of my platinum blonde hair. I was trusting these so called professionals to do a good job, but when they finished, and after I paid them $60, I didn't realize how bad it really looked until I got home! I was in shock, then I stood in front of the mirror and cried for what seemed to be forever. I purchased my Villa uuu-06 week 26. I paid $13, 700.00, in June of 1994. I could travel anytime because this was the July 4th week. I paid for my timeshare in full 9 months later. My interest was 17% on the above and my taxes and dues was initially about $300.00. I purchased this villa to take my children and foster children on a nice vacation yearly. The key to not being riped off is to pay for the timeshare in full if possible and always buy during the red week. Ripped Off December 9, 2008
The 'company' is run by a Mr Sajid Hussein, the address given is 99 Birmingham Road, although it is possibly no 95 Birmingham Road (a flat), West Bromwich B70 6PX. This lying, conniving, cheating fraudster has a track-record of being taken to court, and having to pay up, plus court costs. Given that about 98% of people who have dealt with this vile lump of human excrement have been ripped off by either of the companies that he runs, it is probably a wise move to 'out ' him via one of the many British Television... read full review »

This company is clearly out to rip off the public. They make promises about their service but when purchased they leave you high and dry. Some of our monthly bills have even been more than they were without the system.
