This vacuum is the worst vacuum in the history of vacuums. I bought this model less than 1 year ago. The reason I bought it was because of the so-called features, easy emptying, and its HEPA filter. I purchased this product last year and used it about six times. This summer brought it out to use again and it worked fine. The next use however the charger simply stopped working. I contacted the company and they immediately wnated to sell me a new charger. I explained that I had only charged the battery less than eight times and I felt that it must be that the part was defective. 8/15/08 8:59 am: I was looking for a 3/4" X 3/4" X 4" piece of solid steel. A 3/4" X 6" X 8" sheet was all that could be found in the scrap pile. The cutter took it to a manager (heavy set white guy w/short light brown hair). He looked me up and down as if he was trying to decide how much it was worth to me and how much material was worth, and came up with $21.75 as the price. In March 2008 MB financial bank was publishing in Chicago Tribune and different local newspapers the promotional ad stating " Open an MB Free Checking Account with Direct Deposit and get $200 - with no monthly fee and no minimum balance" I opened the account on 3/18/2008 and within one week I setup a direct deposit from my employer. Had fixed something on our car, and 1 month later problem arrised again. We let them be aware about warranty sill being valid, they Said it was not that problem again that it was something else, that took 4 hours to repair, in which they made that determination in 45 minutes and would charge us 300.00 for labor so we took somewhere else for second opinion. My husband and I rented the cottage for a two night stay in late July. The cottage web site misrepresented the fact that there is air-conditioning and central heat in the home (the owner placed a filthy unsafe faulty wired air conditioner in the home on the day of arrival). We stuffed paper towels inside the gaping holes of the kitchen window to keep the insects out and maintain privacy! Purchased sheet set and extra pillowcases. Followed instructions to "Wash Before Using". Pillowcase seams came apart before they were used. It looks like it was sewn, but the fabric is pulling apart. The store won't return (I called) because they have been washed - the clerk called them "used" even though they had never been put on a pillow. I should have known - the last time I purchased Martha Stewart sheets the fabric on all the edges pulled away. I know that they aren't the best, or most costly, but at least they should make it through a wash before pulling apart. What a waste of money. read full review »

I took the SECOND Corvette I purchased from this dealership in to have the bumper replaced after a gentleman backed into me at the bank. His insurance said it was his fault and would cover it. The first time I went to pick up my car it was not repaired at all, the bumper was warped still and there were still scratches. The service guy said they would replace the bumper (as they should have to begin with) and they would call me in a couple of days. I worked for three hours on the evening of July 3, 2008 as a contractor for Cheltenham Center for the Arts. They paid me with a check that bounced. I demanded a replacement check along with the $10 that my bank fined ME for their irresponsibility. Joan Phillips said she would remit me the $10 once she received a document from my bank stating that they had fined me the $10. I downloaded cyberdefender from a freeware site (yea- I know, you get what you pay for). I ran it and it found LOTS of problems that Windows LiveCare didn't. HOWEVER, this freeware only identifies "problems". You have to register and pay to remove these mysterious problems. Here's where it gets fun. If you decline to pay, it becomes a "virus warning" popup. I tried to uninstall but it didn't work. But boy that popup sure was working! CWE have given a complaint for non functioning of the refrigerator about 15-20 days back. A person visited our place and informed that the compressor has to be checked and gas has to be filled. He came after two days to do the same, but immediately the next day, the condition of the refrigerator was the same. Even after calling several times and re-lodging the complaint, there is no response from either the mumbai service center or the aurangabad service center. This is an awful company; do not ever deal with them. They send out products so poorly packaged that they come damaged. They require you to comply with their policy to notify them within 48 hours of the damage and send in pictures. I did this and they agreed that the items were damaged and would replace them but they never did. I called and called and spoke to customer service people over and over.
