She completed the form for me (it is in her writing) and I do received a card in the mail that said it was not going to be honored. This company deals in Online virtual money for the major MMORPG's. They promise to deliver virtual gold, credits (game money) in exchange for real money. This promise is for a turnaround of 24 hours. They also boast of having over 10,000 clients and are powersellers with Ebay and are a "valuable client" of paypal. However, what they fail to do is either deliver the money, or provide warning that the your monies could be sitting in their accounts for over 10 days +. I purchased a single MaxLite bulb for $1.00. When I got home and installed it, it did not light up. So I called the Company to let them know of the defect. The presentative said "no problem". But here's the rub. I received a letter requesting a cash register receipt or a UPC symbol from the package. No problem. But then they requested a $4.00 check or money order per CFL. Why would anyone pay $4.00 for a replacement bulb, when you can purchase a replacement for $1.00 plus tax? So much for a company standing behind it's product. I purchased a battery for my Dell computer. It failed within a few months and they sent me a replacement (after numerous efforts to reach them went unanswered). That battery failed within a few weeks. They promised a refund when we sent that one back but instead they sent another battery! That one also failed immediately. I went into the store to purchase some human hair. The first time I went the price was reasonable and it was during the week, and the next time I went into the store (which was on the weaken) to purchase the same hair, the price tripled. I am a member of Pogo community and i find it very intense and chilling as soon as i am logged into there website. I am addicted to this game Pogo Bowl and theres a room called Foul Line (uncensored) and it has a bunch of screen names that make threats, bully, abuse, and try to take friends away from you. All these posted complaints describe what's happened to me. And in most cases PRECISELY. They've got a Mode of Operation down to a science and it works so well, they use it on their unsuspecting customers. Just bought a Nordictrack Audiostrider. Got it home and assembled only to discover that it runs on batteries (4 D cell) or you have to purchase the power cord seperately. Their customer service tells me it is an accessory. This is a $1000.00 machine. The ads tell you about its work out programs, the fan on the console, Iift card, how resistance adjusts automatically while you are working out and its speakers that your MP3 player can hook up to, all things that require power. No where does it tell you that it runs on batteries or that the power supply is an accessory. A power supply isn't an accessory it is a necessity. read full review »

I spent 2 hours on the phone arguing with they rogers reps. I was was pissed off over a bill that i paid to disconnect by phone to switch back to bell. I terminated the service on June 18. It took them ten days to disconnect it. They billed me $20.74 for ten days of service. Which was so bull shit considering there was no active line. About 6 months ago, I got a call from this company talking about magazine subscriptions and getting a $1000 online shopping spree too. Before I knew if I had gotten into paying $33.76 a month for 15 months. But hey, 5 years of all the magazines I like sounded alright. The second month, I had been charged twice that month. I am the VP of a small sports supplement company. We have been using UPS and the USPS to ship our products for over 7 years. Dealing with the long lines and rude to non-existing service at the Blythebourne station is unacceptable. This firm sells discount packages for a variety of goods and services for a $1.00 charge to your credit card... they had the number. How they got it I do not know but they said it is a service from the credit card company. I asked very precisely if I had to cancel anything and they said 'no'. I applied for DSL Service over the internet for our home in Owensboro. Bell South offered a $75 rebate for the modem if you applied on-line. I did. After months passed, AT&T took over Bell South. I inquired about the $75.oo and was told that it would still be provided... just watch the AT&T rewards site and it should be available sometime in Jan. When I contacted AT&T today... I was told there is no record of that reward... but it's ok because they will provide a credit for the amount of the modem that I have already paid ($15.00). This company bills your telephone bill for calling cards that you never ordered. When the phone company was notified they immediately recognized it as a fraud and took it off of our bill. A lot of phone company employees are also finding it on their accounts. This company is also know as USBI. They even charged for long distance service on my computer line. DUH. On 25 Jan 08 i went into the studio to print passport photos i urgently needed for an interview. The staff were rude and high-handed. One staff member undermined the authority of the lady who was serving me, suggesting to me that she did not know what she was doing. I bought a ATS phone from Frys in Sep, 2007. There was a $25 rebate on this phone. I have not recv the rebate yet. Whenever I call them, I get the same message - we are running behind to give rebate and we do not have any time frame to give you. Its a fraud rebate. This company is cheating the customers.
