I have been a customer with T MOBIL since 2000, I have problem with the sales representative, not obeying my request for a one year plan. I verbally told the rep. I wanted a One Year Plan, and she signed to a two year plan. This Rep knew exactly what she was doing, keeping me focused on her people skills and not on what I requested. I added two phones on the family plan I specifically told the rep I not sure about responsibility my family would have with these phones, so I need a One year contract. I am having an Airtel Landline connection. Recentlywhen I went thru the details of calls made I found there were many calls charged for a duration of even 6-7 seconds. Normally it takes over 15-20 seconds for a call to mature for billing since only a matured call can be billed. Since I had a doubt I kept a watch and on a fixed day I dialled my own other phone (BSNL) and without attending the call I disconnected the phone after dialling the number. Poor performance of ADSL over the last three days. Phone call centre, wait in queue for over 60 minutes. Eventually hand up. Tried over 3 days at different times of the day for the last 24 hours no diffrenece. Telkom call centres suck. I have had to contact the call centre over the alst 12 months on a number of occasions. A friend of mine went to meijer and was approached by someone to get her pictures taken for $10 at that time and then $6 when she got the pictures taken. She didn't have any need to get her pictures taken and I just had a child 3 mos. before and I have a 2 yr old. She asked if I wanted to do that. This company is not upfront with their intentions. They lure people in, just to burn them later. The terms that are not upfront require that one pays $39.95 for a site that proved links to Federal, State, Private, etc. grants. Also, for inquiring the nature of this program through their $1.95 CD offer they tack on two bonus programs that will cost you $17.95 in total one of which is a separate company altogether. Hi have done a security deposit of Rs.3000 in vodafone postpaid connection to activate international roaming. At the time of deposit it was told to me that it will be refunded when i Am deactivating the roaming. My international roaming dint worked when I was out of India and they are not returning my security also after one month of deactivating the service also. Its more than a month that im visiting Vodafone store in Indiranagar Bangalore, and they are not refunding my security. Every time they have some Excuse. I am fed up of the Vodafone now. I started with Texas Air Net in July and I thought they were bad. Once LEC took over, I couldn't believe anything could be worse than TAN, but boy was I wrong!!! I order internet and VOIP on the 20th of December for business internet and VOIP. A technician showed up on the 27th to install, however he said my service order address was incorrect. He stated he would return within 10 minutes. Never showed back up. I have called verizon repeated ever since and receive a different message every time.
