Imt credit services is a Big Scam- They tell consumers that they can repair their credit- but that's a lie. Champion battery obtained from KMart on 1-5-05. 84 month warranty with free replacement within 36 months. Died a few weeks ago. Took to Wind Gap, PA KMart on 1-2-08 with my receipt. In January of 2007, I had an Ansul system installed in the kitchen of my bar/restaurant by Northland Fire. My old dry chemical system was outdated and I was told it might not put out a fire. I was stupid enough to buy this program, and thought I could cancel. When I called they informed me that I could not cancel the first month. I got the first few days free (what a lie), then they took 49.90 out of my credit card. I told them I wanted to cancel, and they said I was canceled, but I still had to pay the 49.90. On 12/31/07 I ordered flower for my mother. Since I was snowed in just to let her know we were on our way since she was hospitalized with a brain tumor and would be having surgery. Over charged on collect calls from correctional center. Continue to send you bills, even when you make payments. Made it impossible to make since of billing procedure. Final bill is double the amount it should be. I stopped accepting calls and knew what my balance should be. I've been using ATT bundled local and long distance for over two years at a fixed monthly rate. I work from home so I use the phone A LOT. Well ATT got bought and became the NEW ATT. Long story short they killed my bundle charged me 10 cents minute for long distance AND sent me a local bill too boot. Anyone considering purchasing Best Buy's "extended repair" plans on an appliance - BEWARE! You will likely be without the use of your appliance 2-3 weeks. this has been my experience twice. It takes usually a week to have a "repair specialist" come and look at the item needing repair. From that, parts are ordered. They will not even schedule the followup repair UNTIL the parts are in. We purchased a Spring Air Back Supporter mattress in 2005. It is sagging on both sides so badly that my husband and I wake up with back aches. They sold us a Simmons world class super pillow top mattress with 1/3 of the top stitching missing. Over $800. They refused to deal with us because they sold us a mite cover which we put on the mattress the day we bought it and we never found the defect till 6 month later when we turned the mattress. I took the discovery cruise from Fort Lauderdale to the Bahamas. This was one of my worst experiences. I ship should not have left the port that morning. The east coast was experiencing colder than usually temperatures and we experienced very rough seas. The captain made a big mistake when he decided to leave.
