Im an airtel customer. Im in the kerala circle. My local network coverage is under 'VALAKKADU' tower (in trivandrum district) situated hardly 2kms away from my home. But the status of airtel coverage on my mobile is very poor that i misses many important calls. I experience disturbance while calls. Whereas other networks offers full coverage there. I purchased a bed from Sleep Train in Vallejo in August of 2006. I was talked into signing up with your credit card company and I took advantage of your deferred interest for a year. I am really shocked to read so many complaints on WOODLAND footwear, when I thought i was the only one!!! Bought Woodland sandals on SALE in the mall at Sec 25A Noida, not that I paid any less than what I would if I had bought sandals in any other shop. Hardly after 6 wears in less than a couple of months, the inner sole is coming off. I can't get them to return my calls at all for repairs that need to be done to my pool cover! I've called all over trying to buy the parts I need directly from the manufacturers and they keep referring me back to Aquamatic to purchase the parts and they won't call me back. I am willing to pay for the repairs. Apparently the parts are proprietary to this application so you can't get them anywhere else. It is a $10k cover. I purchased a pair of glasses from Sam's Club Optical less than 6 months ago. I purchased the Scratch Guard coating to be applied to them. Yahoo voice automatically charges my debit card $2.99 (yes, 3 bucks) a month for my phone number and incoming calls. I have had funds on that card. I Paid almost two hundred dollars for two wheel chair batteries for my mothers wheelchair in July 07. That are completely useless to me. Their website states they ship within 3 days -it took over a month and they sent the wrong batteries (wrong size and will not fit in the battery cases). These people called and offered a product I would get their product information in the mail, I never received them and called them about it and basically got a "Oh well, too bad" from them. But yet they did charge me the initial $19.95 then $59 for the next 2 months until I figured it out. I purchased a Stove on 08/31/2007 at Sears.com. I received all of the appropriate E-mails that assured me my Order was processed, scheduled for delivery and installation. From that point on, it has been a nightmare. My delivery was rescheduled three different times and installation was scheduled with a contractor in Oahu Hawaii. Mind you, I live in Everett Wash. I am using BPL for the past 15 months. Recently i refilled for 399 rs and as per the scheme i am entitled to get BPL to BPL Free and 399 with sms free. Initially the service was real time and got activated immediately. But i refilled on the 13th of september with a balance of 45rs and when i check the balance on 14th it is 79 Paise. I am fine with the money deducted for calls made to other networks but the BPL guys did not inform me and deducted the money. I am fed up with the service att wireless has offered. Their commercials are bogus and their customer service stinks. Their contract is even worse. I have between 10-15 dropped calls daily. Also, there are many times on a daily basis that I have to walk around the house or hang out the window or even worse, stand out in the cold on the front step to make or receive a phone call. We have broad band connection on telephone no.25232460 used for official purpose of the company. It has gone out of order since 02 Sep 2007 and contacted your customer care for the support. They took two days to solve the problem, but nothing could be done. On 5th they have lodged a complaint and told that it will be cleared from the local exchange. I signed up for unlimited long distance through AT&T when they merged with bell South. I was misled and told that my bill would only be a couple dollars higher. My bill went up $20.00 for a partial month. I then canceled the long distance on 5/16/07. I have since requested numerous times that the long distance service be removed form my phone but they refuse stating it will remain on my phone just make sure no one uses it. Was issued a certificate to obtain a Gas Coupon for $100 after transporting vehicle to Nevada. No problem with the transport company, they were perfect.
