Comcast Internet Services has the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. It all started 3 weeks ago when a contractor doing work at my neighbors house (where the Comcast utility box is located) cut the DSL line which goes from the Comcast box to my house. Maxis has the worst Internet service in the country. The signal strength is very slow and weak most of the time. And the connection is usually disrupted and gets cut off while using the internet. The signal strength is usually at 50 kbs - 75 kbs and hardly reaches 1 Mbs. So, a text page will take about 3 - 5 minutes (color and graphically designed pages could take close to 15 minutes) to load and videos of 5 min takes 1 hour to download.Video and Audio communication or Chat lines like SKYPE is worse, it is totally useless.. I cannot comment on the quality of the meat sold by the company; just the salesman. I just received numerous knocks at my door and repeated rings of my doorbell. Uship over charges (15%) to simply pass along the shipping to 3rd and 4th party for shipping. They charge you the fee up front (with no possibility for a refund)then pawn you off to numerous vendors. I received the Bell & Howell Solar Motion Activated Animal Repeller and after letting it stand in the sun for 24 hr's like the instructions say to do? I have been trying to stop Newsmax Health from invading my email daily for over a month now to no avail. Their unsubscribe all function is ignored and I have no way to contact them. I may have to change my email address. I find some of their info is good, but it is all connected to fraudulent products. I have hit the unssubscribe button multiple times and even tried to reply to the email with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject box. Unbelievably, I discovered that my Wachovia bank account was being charged $19.95 per month by Best Benefits. I immediately went into the bank and stopped the charges, and had them call the 800 number to find out what was going on. Company had salesman come out & claim he was selling a water purification system & did tests to show the purified water. This company has been calling repeatedly, not saying anything, but just calling and hanging up on a continual basis. You can hear the person breathing on the line. I have asked the person to stop calling and when I do they just hang up. Then a couple of days ago I got a letter from them attempting to collect on a time barred debt. I have had U-Verse installed for a little over 6 months. Within this time, I have contacted technical support for my TV and Internet at least one per month. My wireless connectivity is intermittent. I was overcharge by this company MODAPHONE. They bill me for phone calls that I never made, at the times when I am not even home (sunday mornings when I go to church, or mornings when I drive my son to school) or before I even wake up. Home Instead in Orlando FL dismissed 2 disabled srs, one was 94yrs old, the other was 61 with MS, both on oxygen, one with walker, other in wheelchair due to lies told by nurse called by former health care agency nurse and other lies told by owner of franchise of HomeInstead.
