I made a large purchase to furnish my new home in Keller, Texas in December 04' and moved in 2005 to California, I have two pieces of my furniture purchased from this location. At the time of purchase I bought an extended warranty, my office hutch door snapped in half and the dowel on my dining room chair broke off, my local Ashley's says they are not affiliated with the store in Texas, I want my furniture repaired or refunded for the extended warranty. I will copy this letter and give it to my attorney at PrePaidLegal (ParkerStansbury) CA. I have sent numerous complaints to Kohl’s (Eagan, MN) customer service and also have called the store manager directly, but the problem of items ringing up at prices higher than advertised continues. They constantly place incorrect signs on products, so when customers get to check out, they are paying much higher than the sign indicates. I feel they are doing this intentionally because I have complained so many times about this problem. read full review »

On 23 Jun I purchased a set of six outside solar lamps Model #79339 79330. I installed the units on 24 Jun and they worked fine but on 26 Jun one of the lamps was very dim. I tool it apart and checked and one of the batteries would only charge to .4 volts and the other would only charge to 1.0 volts. I put the batteries in a separate charger and had the same problem. I received a post card from Symantec resubmissions dept. There reply to me having sent my rebate for the Norton - Antivirus with it I sent all needed paper work. The UPC the paper for the rebate witch was in the box and the dated sale receipt. With the NRTN Antivirus at the top of the receipt for $39.99. On the reply it stated that my request could not be honored because the product was not found on the receipt? Now I am to re send the card + any validating information. My credit card information was stolen recently and an illegal order placed through "IPI Wireless Sales"for $614.97. I received an invoice from Cingular Wireless for $279.28 for two phones that were ordered from Inphonic. Cingular suggested that I call Inphonic to let them know that the order was illegal. I have had DSL Service for over a year with Sisna DSL. The actual DSL Service was pretty good, but I found another DSL ISP for much cheaper. I called Sisna DSL to inquire about canceling service and that I was going to cancel service when I fulfilled my 1 year obligation. They gave me the necessary information on where to send my leased modem and that I should call the day after my contract has expired. I have been using Earthlink's satellite service that uses DirectWay equipment for over 4 years. The old modems, DW4000 units, are no longer available as they were replaced first by the DW 6000 modems and then the DW7000 ones. My DW4000 has been failing intermittently for several weeks. I have spent over 4 hours talking to tech support people at Earthlink and they keep asking the same questions to which my answers are apparently not being recorded by the tech support personnel. On May 10, 2006 I purchased a ViewSonic VX922 LCD monitor from NewEgg.com. The monitor arrived in a couple of days, where it worked fine with only one dead pixel. Around June 20th, 2006 the monitor suddenly started having a severe ghosting problem. The screen looked as though two images were superimposed over one another. The reason they told, I have not taken supply for the past 1 and half a month or so. This is because they are denying the supply. The movers showed up late. Later on in the day, the man in charge demaned a tip. I told him I didn't have any cash on me. He asked me to go to the bank. I told him that I had no transportation. I had to leave early to return to Georgia. As soon as I left the man in charge told my Mother that I authorized her to give them a tip. I did not. Gratuties not tips, are given at the end of a service. Not during. The men then slowed down there pace and left the apartment without all of my Mother's furniture. I'm a 37 year old single women that went to pick up a grill. I finally got someone to help me get it in the back of my truck. We got it on the tail gate, asked for assistance to bungie it down. He said 'It's in the truck' and walked away. I've had both hips replaced and numerous back problems and that ercked me. I switched from home depot to Lowes' because of thier customer neglect. I recently visited Ace Hardware and now I cannot sleep from the nightmare that unfolded while I was there. The Pet Department was filled with cages of dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, rabbits, etc. They were all sleeping. I clapped at their cages trying for a response from an animal. On 7/2/2006, Kirk Hudson sold us the Southerland Dreamliner twin mattress 'set'. We picked it up ourselves, but only after getting home did we discover that the mattress 'set' was not the expected mattress and box spring, but mattress and box platform--no springs--just wood, cardboard, and fabric! This is one of those outrageous early termination fee compaints. Had $15.99 internet scheduled in July for one year. I lived in Indiana until that May of 2006, at which time I moved to Ohio. Since AT&T did not cover Ohio I had to terminate my service 4 months early of the contract. So of course they sent me a $200.00 early termination fee bill. Do the math and you might realize something doesn't add up. For 4 months at $16.00 there would only have been a bill of $64.00. T-mobile wireless service: Received new Samsung phone when I renewed contract for 2 yrs. Phone not working well. Since it was more than 15 days later, store told me to send phone back to co. & would receive replacement for only $15 postage. Salesman looked at my phone at that time. I did received another phone only to be billed $106.00 for it. When I contacted customer service, they told me my phone had been "liquid damaged". I bought a sofa set from Levitz furniture (14640 NE 24th St, Bellevue, WA) on June 4, 2006 and paid in full on the same date. It took them a month to deliver all the items. When they finally delivered the center table and end tables on July 2, 2006, the glasses that goes on top of the ceter table were missing. Now a day's with this advancement in technology! Any one can cheat you if you are not awaken! Tata Indicom is a well known brand. Every one is aware of it. But I haven't expected such a bad experience in their site www.tataindicombroadband.co.in. Their payment gateway is complete shit. It shows your transaction is failed but the money is swiped out of my card. Even after the month they are not responding to my complaint. I purchased a King Hickory sofa and chair with ottoman with the down wrap comfort package from Karen's Furniture at their Quakertown store. I have been a consumer of Rave hairspray also since as long as I can remember. A few years ago, they changed it (with a bigger nozzle) and too much comes out and makes your hair too wet. This is disaster for someone with naturally curly hair who blows it out straight. Then you spray the new Rave on it and it goes curly again....not good. I was mailing out marketing postcards for my company. Was running out of time so I decided to use a mailing company a postal service to do it for me. The postcards are odd size so the cost would be 39 cents for each and I had 738 cards on top of that I would pay 5 cents on each card for the service. Total $324.72 Ok... I pay them for getting my postcards out in time....or.....Until... I start to get them back into my mail box....they where mailed out with a 24cent stamps....not the 39c that I payed for.
