Two years ago we downloaded Cyberdefender's free software to protect against computer viruses. My husband upgraded our package and subscribed to a two year service contract for $254. Very dishonest, the pictures of bouquets posted on their site are fake. Paid over $100 for a Mother's day bouquet and she received 15 stems of mixed flowers. HonestFlorist.com say if you contact them within 4 days if dissatisfied, they will send another arrangement. Never happened. Purchased a MTD snow thrower and in two weeks the auger started to crack. After two more uses the crack developed into a two inch C shape tear. An auger should not be made of flexible plastic. This company is a scam I cancelled this program and the said it would be remove from by bill and they said we have cancelled the account and issued 3 credits in the amount of $14.95 each plus taxes you may have been charged. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credits to appear. After saying that they still charge me for another charge of $14.95 . Hired Mike's Painting and Drywall as a result of a fire/smoke damage claim in my home. He ripped off the insurance company for thousands of dollars, skimmed on his work and walked off the job and did not complete the work he started.
