British Air had requirements about his checking in etc, which he followed but the BA website would not let him indicating that he had to do that at the airport. The place is infested with bedbugs. We told the property manager, Jennifer Mohrman and she accused us of bringing the bugs in. My friends' daughter turns one today and still has a huge disgusting rash from these bugs. At 200+ night, one would expect a clean place to lay your head down...instead our trip was a nightmare! Stayed at the Bear rock Lodge in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee only to find that the place was infested with bedbugs. When we complained to the property manager, she accused us of bringing the bedbugs into her cabin. Worse yet, she is not getting of the infected mattresses. I just hope future travelers don't have this problem! I have reported her to the bedbug registry...but there is not much else I can do..other than get the word out. 16th Jan 2011, I took off my wedding ring to wash my face before rushing off to the airport (LAX) and upon reaching the airport, found my ring missing. I called Portofino Anaheim immediately and cried for help. But the ring has gone missing. I'm very sure the chamber maid took it since she was already outside the door when we left. The hotel advertise ammedities that were not available, they advertise pool service, suana, computer, fitness room and wireless service which all were out of order. The hotel did not want to offer a discount on the stay or money back.
