We had a bad experience booking tickets through this company. They sent confirmation and took money, yet when we arrived at the airport they had mis ticketed our flight. I booked a ticket on Egypt Air online for my father to fly from JHB to Paris. I received a flight confirmation from Egypt Air JHB office stating that the reservation is CONFIRMED. This complaint is against billing/information given and also against staff performance. Prior to making my reservation online, I called the hotel. I told the woman on duty that we were coming to the dog show and asked if the dogs spent the night in the room and did not come into the hotel if there would be a pet fee. In January of 2010 the maintenance fee for 2010 was paid to Solmar. I then called RCI and deposited this week with them in order to use this week to trade for a week at some other resort. We had guests coming into town to stay with us. Both my wife and I became ill and, not wanting them to catch our bug, decided to put them up in a motel at our expense.
