We ordered tickets on Jet Combo, for my wife and daughter to go from Seattle to Russia, jetcombo gave us an itinerary, and tried to buy tickets for us twice and canceled our tickets twice. WE book at package with Air Gorilla last year for a trip to Rome, Italy for November 2009. It said in all the paperwork that the air tickets were refundable and we are still waiting for the refund. We complained with the BBB and got nowhere, the air gorilla guy said that we should go and try to get the refund from USAirways and USAirways said they have nothing to do with it, the travel agency should take care of it. After going back and forth nothing happened and at this time I'm considering hiring a lawyer to get my 1000 dollars back. After increasing 25% of the train fair NJ transit train services between Trenton and New york pennstation has become worst. Our family has stayed with this company every year for almost a decade. They have been courtesy, helpful and every house has been great. We especially liked out stay in Seattle. The sales person did a great job in explaining the place. The housekeeper was very pleasant. We did see them evict some renters from a house next door when we complained that the group was partying late at night. We were very thankful that the Sunspots managers were not adverse to risking unhappy guests when those guests were so obnoxious. I don't think you could find a more courtesous bunch of people. We took care of the vacation rental like our own. We are extremely clean and meticulous and left the place cleaner than we got it. The owner did not physically inspect the property on departure. We found out a day later that he was retaining our $375 deposit claiming we dirtied the hot tub. This place is overpriced. the room had a 1930's bath and no shower. the food was disgusting and I do recommend that you research the place well before you spend hard earnt cash. Just got notified that the trip on July 4 has been cancelled. Booked airline tickets from Orlando, made hotel reservations, rented a car in Knoxville. Was assured by them earlier that train would run rain or shine but all sales are final. Seems they did not get enough reservations to be profitable so they decided all sales are no longer final. I called the 800 number to book a room and ask for a specific mattress because of a bad back. The 1st person I talked to was very rude and I told them that I would call back and talk to someone else. The second person I talked to pulled up a location close to where I needed to do business and said yes they had the mattress I was requesting.
