Getting an invoice from them has been a mission. Today I called and was passed from post to pillar untill I got to a lady by the name of Derby. She was full of laughter when she told me that they are so used to complaints, it gets in on one ear and out the other. Means nothing at all. Vueling has really bad service and refund policy.
As a regelar flyer between Barcelona and Amsterdam Im forced to use a lot of Vueling flights.
I know they hardly fly on time so that isn't even a surprise anymore.
During the Icelandic ash clouds they couldn't perform 4 flights that I was suposed to take.
Not their mistake but, not giving me my money back or giving me alternative flights is!

Flight Cancelled - Refund not yet received - For almost 2 months.
I booked 2 tickets (Chennai – Madurai) for 19 August, 2010 from Paramount Airlines. The airlines have cancelled the flight at last minute with no alternate arrangement done, and notified by SMS.
Paramount customer care confirmed they would refund the airticket with in 7 days. But still I have not received my refund and no response from Airlines for phone calls.

In April of 2010, my husband and I attended one of their timeshare presentations in Georgetown. We sat through the 90 minute presentation, decided not to purchase and were given certificates for a "free" cruise and "free" airfare. We decided to try the cruise since we have never cruised before. We were waiting 3 years to visit the farm. At last we went there paid R40, 00 person. We arrived there sunday morning just after 10:00 in the morning. Some of the fields were full off weeds. You couldnt see some of the strawberry plants. We couldnt even fill half a bucket full of strawberries, the ones we found were eaten by birds and the others that were not ready for picking were already picked by other people visiting the farm. Easy Jet flight
Easy Jet cancelled the flight EZY2798 from Bruxelles Intl. to Milan Malpensa 05.Juli 2010.
The reason being that they where delayed into Milan so there where no pilots allowed to fly anymore !
Typical problem for them where they have such delays because they work with the limited amount of pilots etc. and will not pay for their accomodation outside their home airport. How else can they be cheap, they run a but company!

Hotels are cheating in goa

It is noticed that now a days, Hotels like Royal Resort-Goa are cheating to foreign and NRE customers. They are sending mails for offers, and by mis-guiding they collect the money's from them and then asking that client can change the dates as they required with the prior notice of 20 days. But when we want to change or confirm the bookings they always replied the hotel is full now so you can come other days, when we asked any confirming documents, then they dont send.

My wife and I visited Myrtle Beach and attended a Monster Resort Group presentation. It was very appealing to be able to get very nice accommodations at cut-rate prices and we bought a package. I checked in my baggage at4:00PM on September 22, 2010 a tSan Francisco Airport. There were two pieces of luggage check in. When I arrived home the next day I discovered that Jewlrey and several other items (cash, giftsand sunglasses)that were in one of the bags was missing. I bought a ticket from them for travel to bangkok, They offer reduced fare business class. I paid by check. They took my credit card as security.
When i was leaving bangkok it turns out the tickets were bogus even though they looked good on paper. 4 hours by phone back and forth to 1st air and they said ok i should be able to get on now. I got on and then a month later found an upcharge of $2000 on my creditcard for airfare.

The payroll department located in Montreal is in charge of deducting court ordered Child Maintenace payments from individuals who refuse to voluntarily pay support for their children. I am so disgusted at the Bad attitude of this lodge I don't even know where to begin. Firstly they didn't have a room for the Groom to be the Friday night before the wedding, he had to stay with his Brother in a double bed, then had to swop to a room with two single beds! We arrived a-half hour early. Called as soon as we landed and were ready to be picked up. Left messages that were never returned. After multiple calls I spoke with a dispatcher and was told we booked a pick-up at 9:45PM, we still were not picked up until 10:20PM. The dispatcher simply kept insisting that some one would be coming-"shortly!" We actually waited 1 hour and 40 mins. from the original call. On Sunday August 8th, my AC stopped working. On a recommendation from a neighbor, we called A#1 Air to have them look at it. We were told that our compressor was seized & needed to be replaced. We were told that due to the change in the type of Freon that was approved for new systems in 2010, it would be more economical to replace the entire system rather than just the compressor. The place is crawling with cock roaches. The land lady just enters your room withouth notifying you or asking for your permission. Your goods in the room has been moved around and you get rude messages written in your wall in the bathroom if it is not to her standard.
