Their areas are so large that I booked a hotel thinking it was in the Squaw Valley North Lake area (since I have a ski pass there) and they gave me a hotel in Nevada which is about 45 minutes away. We were traveling to South Carolina and need to reserve a hotel room in North Carolina. We called a 800 number obtained through a google search for pet-friendly hotel in Fayetteville NC and a Comfort Inn was selected. The worst hotel on the planet. Billed as an extended stay. Day 2 of my stay I woke at 6 a.m. to get ready for work. There was no hot water, I called the front desk to see what was wrong, I was told that there was a leak in the hotel and a plumber would be here in a "few" hours. There are emergency plumbers everywhere in the US why wasn't one of them called? We purchased a vacation club product from Hyatt and are generally pleased with the resorts. One of the main reasons we chose Hyatt was the location of their properties. Last year, we fulfilled our dream of staying at the Highlands Inn in Carmel. We used 540 points for a 4 night stay in a 1 bedroom. We planned to return this year, however, the same period of time now costs 880 points. Millennium Travel promised a free 2 night 3 day trip including airfare, hotel, and some expenses, if you listen to their sales pitch. You get to pick 3 places and 3 dates, one of which they choose for your free trip. After 6 months of waiting and 2 of the 3 denied our final one was for sure. The salesperson for Timeshare by Owners stated that there was a 96% sales of timeshares within 90 days of listing the property. I hired a car from them in April 10 to go to my young cousins funeral who passed away leaving a wife and two young kids. I hired a car for the day and brought it back without a scratch or anything else wrong with it which they have agreed. I had been talked into selling my timeshare at Westgate Vacation Villas by Ashley Schaeffer (Cell: 817-984-9255) who advised me that at no risk whatsoever, they would sell my timeshare, as they had a buyer. I booked an e-ticket on expedia for my father. He was to travel from Michigan to Arizona to visit my family and I. When I checked back with expedia to see if the ticket had been confirmed, there was a note on my account that said there were no longer seats available on that flight. 12/6/09 two of us flew to Oaxaca Mexico on US Airways and then onto Mexicana. On Dec. 9, 2009, I paid this company, World Wide Marketing $3697 on the understanding that they, namely the salesman, Steve Bradley, had a buyer lined up to pay a good price for my timeshare. I was told that they had a down payment of $5000 and that the closing was scheduled for 1/20/2010. What a fool I was. I had a advance (confirmed) booking on PVG Transline from Mumbai to Belgaum through Ratna Travels Sarvodaynagar Goregaon-Mumbai-East. But on the day of departure (29/01/2010) during boarding I was told there is no booking on my name and now the seat is been reserved for a passenger who will be boarding at next stop. Then after arguments they agreed to have me on board but the seat given was at the last row. The agency attitude and the way this was discussed was absurd. I am currently staying at Residence Inn Marriott, Bellevue, Seattle. I was deeply taken back, when I returned to my room today, and found that my bags were opened, all the contents of which were re-packaged in another plastic bag. Reason: The cleaning crew were spraying insecticides, and fumigating the rooms. They should have intimated the residents, of the cleaning event, well in advance. Not only did they do this, but also took liberty of opening the customer baggage. They have violated their code of conduct, and have truly portrayed their unprofessional behavior.
